Have we ever talked about maybe bunny and Artie picking up fp as a stray not to officially adopt but bunny sees him around town sleeping in various places clothes always bedraggled and maybe it’s after Oscar died and they haven’t healed from that so FPs this sort of replacement, and Fred’s soooo mad when FPs moving into Oscar’s old room like “you’re not my brother you’re never gonna be my brother” and FPs like “uh I’m not trying to be?” So it’s kinda tense in the house for a while but FPs got a warm bed to sleep in and food in his belly and he thinks he can deal with this weirdo situation in exchange for that lol
And maybe one night he’s up late and hears Fred crying in his room and he doesn’t really do comforting but he remembers when he was little and up late upset about something his mama used to bring him a warm glass of milk so he goes and makes one for Fred, leaves it outside his door with a knock before returning to his room. Fred finds it and asks fp about it the next day and fp shrugs like it’s not a big deal but even in Fred’s state he is not immune to kind gestures!
So anyway they end up becoming friends and spending time together and Fred shows fp his record collection and guitar etc etc they bond over music and comics and stupid teenage boy shit and of course end up kissing each other one time which leads to a bunch of issues and them sneaking around the house to make out and sometimes at night they sneak into each others bed to comfort each other or goof around on less serious nights but there’s always this thing hanging over their heads about what if bunny and Artie find out
THE WARM MILK!! 🥺❤️ PLEASE!!! and they were roommates..... Not fred having to come out to his parents and also having to tell them he's screwing his new brother 😂 it happens ok we've all read flowers in the attic
I think if fred was not so messed up about losing oscar he would fall quicker for fp bc he would see this bedraggled sad little guy and his savior complex would come out 🤭 but he's just so distraught 😩
AND YES THEY SHOULD FALL IN LOVE AND GOOF AROUND BELOVED!! There's such a huge contrast in their bedrooms bc fp has almost no stuff and has never felt permanent anywhere so its just empty he doesn't even hang posters up while freds is like a bomb went off and sometimes when they hang out in freds fp looks at all his stuff and maybe he can find the sketches fred does and admire them I do not know...

For your romantic cliches bingo card (I'm giving you options in case one of these requests doesn't spark your interest): "celebrity/royal meets normal citizen" OR "after-sex breakfast in bed," for Eomer or Boromir (the latter seems especially funny to me since you just know neither of them ever learned how to cook)
A/N AKSHSHSK this is gonna be fun! Imma do Boromir btw cause the only thing i've written for him is when he dies lol. It's not as chaotic as I wanted it to be, but I hope you like it!
I'm leaving this without a title cause i can't think of shit, but feel free to suggest any lol
Rules, Requests, and More! Valentine's Day Challenge!

With a small groan, Y/N's eyes flutter open. A shiver courses through her as her eyes slowly scan the room. Finding it empty, Y/N moves to sit up, finding that her arms feel like bags of sand she lets out a small snort as her hands move to rub her face.
Side eyeing the empty side of the bed, Y/N's gaze moves to the thin strip of light protruding from the bedroom door. Sliding off the bare bed, her knees feel slightly sore from having them bent for so long, but Y/N continues towards the door. The sound of something sizzling and the smell of cooked meat makes her stomach growl as her lips curl into a small smile.
"Are you really trying to cook," she says as she slips past the bedroom door and walks further out into their apartment. Her eyes gleefully landed on the tall and semi naked Boromir to her right, creeping towards him as Y/N knows he didn't hear her, she slides her hands against his torso, grinning as she feels goosebumps under her palms. "I thought I told you to stop cooking naked."
"Not fully naked," he hums as he stirs something in a pan. "This was supposed to be a surprise you know."
"Sorry for ruining it," Y/N mutters into his shoulder. "I was just so surprised to see you cooking and the kitchen still being intact."
The small kisses on his shoulders nearly make him forget about the comment. "Oh haha," he replies, grabbing one of her hands with his as he stirs something in the pan. "The bacon is pre-cooked anyway, it's just the eggs you might want to be wary about."
Replying with a small hum, Y/N's hands slowly move from Boromir's to explore his abdomen. Smirking when she hears him suck in a breath. "Y/N, " Boromir says warningly. "W-why don't you go back to bed and i'll get these on plates?"
With a small pout on her lips, Y/N rakes her nails against his skin as she turns to leave, swiftly heading back for their bedroom. Shutting the door behind her, Y/N grabs the once discarded blankets at the end of the bed and curls into them. Giddiness flutters through her as she tries to listen out for Boromir's footsteps.
Hearing the creak of their door, Y/N slowly stretches out before sitting up. "Oh wow," she says as her eyes land on Boromir who's carrying a tray in his hands. Licking her lips subconsciously, Y/N helps him lay it across her lap. "This all looks delicious," she says, her eyes jumping from the scrambled eggs on toast with a hefty side of bacon and apple slices. "How many tutorials did it take?"
Sliding next to her, Boromir steals a slice of bacon before replying. "Only two," he beams. "They were quite confusing though."
Y/N snorts before popping a bacon slice in her mouth, cringing ever so slightly from its very crunchy texture. "One of them said to use water and the other said milk!"
"For eggs?" Y/N asks in disbelief.
"Yup."
"So which did you do?"
"Neither."
Y/N tries to contain her small giggles, but the amusement creeps onto her face, earning an odd look from Boromir. "What?" He mumbles.
"Nothing love," she says before pecking him on the cheek. "Thank you for the breakfast."
"Anything for you my dear."

Shit they do that makes you cringe
Tumblr media
warnings. just for shits n giggles, nothing deep about it, 14+ readers preferably. mentions of dick, pussy, pillow fight, fart, piercing, etc.
other stuff like this. extremely embarrassing shit that happened
KENMA... god what has this mf been eating?? he hogs salt and vinegar chips all the time, especially late at night. good luck trying to cuddle this man. his breath literally smells like two pounds of bounce that ass acid. you’re afraid of asking him to brush his teeth in the middle of the night— but you’re gonna have to find the courage to, eventually.
TERUSHIMA fucks around with the little kids by toying with his piercing. he’ll stick his tongue out and push the metal ball up and down showing the kids the literal pierce through his tongue. you’ve told him to stop a bunch of times because the parents are watching and why is he even trying to scare kids at the park ???
KUROO says ‘ahh’ unironically every time he drinks soda. it was kinda funny the first time and you mimicked him— but now it’s just old. sir please stop we literally do not care about the time you were rejected for a soda ad and how you swore you were perfect for it.
DAICHI... it’s the way he laughs. im not joking when i tell you that this man- slaps his knees when he thinks something is really funny. shows you just how much of a country boy he is. what’s worse is that his laughter slowly, very slowly dies down. you can hear his “haha- ahh...” faltering and it makes the situation so awkward. but only for you.
ATSUMU puts his dick between his legs and calls it a makeshift pussy. to think he could’ve kept it to himself but obviously he thinks it’d be funny to make you suffer. you walk in the bedroom only to find ‘tsumu sprawled out on your bed with his dick pussy. “wanna rail me?” he says with a debby ryan smirk. you had to put him back in his senses by beating him with a pillow.
KAGEYAMA needs a good smacking every time he slurps out of his empty milk cartoon. boy it’s empty?? why do you keep sucking on your straw?? “there’s still a little bit left,” he always says, shaking the carton to make you listen to the little drop of milk he’s still trying to sip ‘til this day.
USHIJIMA doesn’t know how to cough properly- like damn. you have to scoot a little further everytime he coughs because he always coughs into his fisted hands like the pretty idiot he is. please teach him to cough on his arm for the love of god.
BOKUTO always wants to sit beside you at the booth. please he is so in love with you that he just can’t resist taking that spot beside you instead of across from you like a normal person. you half to keep your face down or to him, because if you look straight up you’ll make eye contact with the person on the next booth.
SUNA’s that annoying student that plays music on their speaker in the hallways. it’s 8 in the fucking morning and you’re still half asleep, face smooshed against your desk hoping to get a bit of peace before class starts. then... out of nowhere, some music gets louder, and louder, seemingly coming closer to you. then surprise it’s suna rintarō standing by the door inhaling monster energy and blasting music like the annoying fucker he is.
HINATA just does so many things subconsciously. the two of you could be chilling in his bed watching a video on his ipad when— out of the corner of your eye you see him lightly scratching his butt. okay, that’s normal. everyone does it. but does everyone sniff the hand that just scratched their butt?? you watch in horror as hinata takes a wiff of his hand, eyes still glued on the screen.
TANAKA & NISHINOYA kisses the posters on their walls. the absolute horny fuckers they are, waking up just to say “good morning, pretty one” to the pictures. wake up with them and you’ll literally be ignored because all they care about is the pretty person stuck to their wall as if it’s ever gonna reply back to them.
SAKUSA can bend his fingertip to the back of his wrist and boy does he do it often. he knows how people get icky seeing it. so whenever sakusa has to talk to someone he despises he’ll purposefully flex his fingers like that. if he hears you sigh he’ll do it even more, and that’s how you know not to agitate him.
OSAMU skips math class so often but he’s that popular student that everyone just seems to love. so whenever he does come to class, he comes in with arms full of bagged chips and throws it like he’s oprah. “doritos for you, lays for you, cheetos for everyone,” and everyone’s desperately trying to catch a snack. uhm ???? you dumbass why dont you practice algebra instead of doing this shit ????
KOGANEGAWA learned how to make farting noises with his armpit and now he can’t stop doing it. well— yes he can but he doesn’t wanna. you’d just be vibing in one room then out of nowhere you hear a ‘pphrff’. and out comes koganegawa peeking out the door. baby please, we know you can do that but it doesn’t mean you can.

New fic alert!
Welcome to me dusting off one from the hidden WIP pile and publishing it before my other WIPs are done 😩 special thanks to @silluuuu, @macabremermaid, @justpocketchange for enabling me.
Love Me Just a Little
Pairing: SoMa
Rating: Eventually E, though right now it's pretty tame
Summary: Maka moves and takes a new job in order to help her father through the transition after the death of her mother. A chance meeting with a man named Soul at her new therapist's office opens even more opportunities. Of course, Soul has his own reasons for sitting in that waiting room. Will they be able to navigate the hurt together?
Read the first chapter on AO3, ff.net, or under the cut!
The change to carpeting ate the sound of Maka’s footsteps as she opened the door to the zen-ified office. One of those bamboo fountains tapped at a supposedly calming interval as she walked towards the sign-in desk.
A tiny woman—motherly bun and smile included—sat in the chair behind the glass. “Name?”
“Maka Albarn– here to see Dr. Yumi.”
The woman’s head bobbed a few times as she looked over at the computer. “You’re early. Have a seat.”
I’m always early. That was a little too prideful, and she heard it come out with the next sentence: “Did you receive all the new patient paperwork I emailed?”
“Yes, very thorough,” the woman replied with a smile that Maka had seen one too many times.
Try-hard.
“Alright, I’ll just…” She looked back towards the sofa and chairs arranged in a tight C. There was a man already sitting in one of the seats, a book in his lap. As she walked towards the other end of the set-up, he lifted his head, fiery red eyes blinking at her momentarily before he reached for his Deathbucks cup on the small table in front of him. Maka tried to smile. How successful that was had yet to be seen since the man only continued to stare as his head tilted, white hair flopping to the side in a bit of disarray.
As soon as she sat, his mouth opened, a baritone with a bit of a rasp breaking the space between them. “Look, I normally don’t do this, but–”
She bristled, suddenly finding that glare much more appraising than she’d originally registered. “Bold of you to hit on someone in a therapist’s waiting room.”
His eyebrows popped up towards his hairline. “Ballsy of you to to assume anyone talkin’ to you is hittin’ on you.” The white-haired man grimaced. “What I was gonna say is: ‘ but your fly is down.’ ” With one last flex of his jaw, he collapsed back against the chair to give his book his complete attention.
Maka buttoned her lips together as she flopped her back against the couch. Shaking fingers exonerated the man of any wrongdoing as she found he was correct– something she dismally tried to fix while trying to call the least amount of attention to herself. Great, Maka! Just instantly jump down a guy’s throat because you think he could be looking at you. Death, you are such a piece of work. She forced her eyes shut with a sigh, the coolness of her palm fighting against the blazing urge to cry.
A few steadying breaths got her to the point where her gaze could flick back towards the man. He was still intent on the page, eyes searching along without a second thought spared for her. She looked towards the cup, focusing on the little words of the order sticker, reading them over and over in some attempt to bring nothingness to her mind.
Soul.
Spl milk.
No sugar.
“Ms. Albarn?” She jumped, her intent stare turning from the order she’d let echo in her head to the tiny window. The short woman barely registered above the glass– just a pair of eyes. “You can head back now. Second door on the right.”
----
I just… My mama recently died. Except it doesn’t even feel like that’s the problem. It just reminds me of what the real problem is– all the memories of her and Papa. Or maybe it’s just Papa and all his shit that caused the divorce. Somehow, even though I feel like he’s it, I’m back here because of him, because I feel like I have to take care of him just like he took care of me after Mama left.
I was fourteen when she divorced me just as much as she did him, which is why her death doesn’t even really feel like a loss. I never thought the hole of losing her could get bigger anyway and so far… so far it feels like it hasn’t.
But every time I look at Papa? It’s the same old ugly feeling rearing its head– cheater, lecher, skeeze. What’s worse is that’s bled way beyond just him. Even before Mama died I didn’t trust men– I kept them at a distance and just focused on my life, my career. Now that she’s dead? It’s like any time I look at a man it’s just Papa.
Like all I inherited in her death was her bitterness.
I even jumped down that guy’s throat in the waiting room! He was honestly being nice– seemed nice until I had to open my mouth and accused him of doing what my dad would do. He would try to pick up a woman in a therapist’s office, but that doesn’t mean that everyone else is the same. Still, I see eyes on me– a handsome man looking at me and instead of feeling flattered, feeling good in any way, shape, or form, I’m disgusted.
Or maybe… maybe I’m just so scared.
----
Spirit’s post-divorce ability to fill any gap with conversation cycled between being a curse and a blessing for Maka. Tonight, her guilt had forced her to view it as the latter as if showing mercy on this man somehow translated to the white-haired ghost haunting the back of her mind.
Soul.
Spl milk.
No sugar.
“And then Blair…”
Maka tried to resist the narrowing of her eyes. Must be his new girlfriend. That instantly turned the story to static in her ears, head simply nodding along, timed with the pauses in his breaths. She smiled– or at least she guessed she did. Crying always made her face feel numb as if it drained all the power of every muscle there. Somehow, there’d been far more tears than she’d expected in that office.
Most of it was frustration. Replaying the mistake– the snap judgment rudeness that seemed to leap off her tongue like vomit more often than she cared to admit. Not that the guy had been all that nice about it in return and his language –
“So you think you feel up to a movie this weekend?”
An internal sigh of relief rattled in her head. “Actually, I promised Blake I’d go to this party he’s throwing.”
Spirit raised his eyebrows.
The insinuation there came easily and Maka laughed. “Not a kegger or anything. Just, well, Blake invited a few people from work so I could meet them instead of just going in cold.”
“That’s nice of him.” Spirit leaned on his elbow, dropping his fork against the plate. “I-I’m glad you took the job here, sweetheart. I hope you know how much I really appreciate–”
“It’s not a big deal.” Maka tried to squash what she knew was coming– another Spirit-grade, bleeding heart speech about how much his only daughter meant to him. Or maybe just the only daughter he knows about. She swallowed the sour thought. “I mean, the pay’s better, not to mention if I’m really good I could save for my own house, you know? It’s just a good– a fresh start.”
A weak huff of a laugh left Spirit’s lips as he reached for her, hand running over her hair softly. “My little girl, always thinking ahead.”
Her fingers slid over his just to remove the soft touch and bring it back to the table. “I should get started on the dishes.” She tried to smile at him again before standing and moving towards the sink. She turned on the water, trying to drown out her thoughts with the hiss. Why does it always feel so bittersweet?

“Where is he?” Sam grabbed the counter and shouted startling the people gathered in the kitchen. Steve spilled his coffee, Wanda threw her apples, and Tony choked on his cereal milk coming out of his nose.
“Who!” Steve said angrily.
“Buck!” Sam growled.
“We don’t fucking know!” Tony yelled as Pepper cleaned him up with a napkin. Sam bolted out of the kitchen down the hall scanning for the soldier.
“Where are you, you fucking metal-armed freak!” he screamed.
Bucky on the other hand had slipped easily past your door; just barely cracking it to see an angry Sam Wilson stomping through the hall in search of Bucky. What for? Well, Sam has this fear roaches; he hates them, absolutely despises even the thought of a cockroach.
Bucky printed and cut out the silhouette of a huge cockroach and taped it to the inside of Sam’s bedside lamp so that when he sticks his hand under the shade, he’ll see the fake roach and hopefully scream in terror; well that was more than successful. Now Sam wanted to beat the shit of him for ruining his morning.
Sam was soon out of sight and Bucky breathed out a breath of relief closing the door completely; locking it just in case Sam tries to come into your room looking for him. You and Bucky were very close, almost too close as Steve would say. He was found with you in your room a lot, whether it’d be playing video games, or eating lunch while watching TV, or listening to music that Bucky missed out on.
He was in your room a lot so he knew you wouldn’t mind the unexpected visit. After you knew about his little prank; you would die of laughter if he told you about Sam’s reaction. Before Bucky turned around, he heard you.
“Buck,” you breathed out.
Bucky’s brows furrowed and when he turned around…
“Holy shit.”
ʜᴏᴜʀs ᴇᴀʀʟɪᴇʀ
“He’s gonna kill you,” you grinned at Bucky. He sat next to you with a pair of scissors in hand cutting out the black silhouette of that god awful roach.
“So worth it,” he smirked.
“You didn’t answer my question though, doll. Why are you up so early? Pretty girls like you need their beauty rest,” he nudged your arm with elbow, making you roll your eyes.
“I just couldn’t sleep. Was tossing and turning all night,” you told him.
“You know my bed is always available for cuddles that'll put you right to sleep,” he winked at you.
“You wish,” you retorted.
“Every night,” he said, making you feel shy.
Bucky smirked to himself knowing how his words affected you. It was no secret that was deeply infatuated with you; but you always declined his advances and he respected that always. But that didn’t mean he stopped his endless flirting; never failed to make you laugh.
“You’re so pretty,” he smiled at you.
“Shut up, Buck,” you shook your head, “I’m gonna head back to my room; try and get some shut eye for at least twenty minutes. Let me know how your little prank goes.”
“Will do.”
You shut your bedroom door and crawled languidly into your bed. You close your eyes and in doing so you’re met with those gorgeous cerulean blue eyes that haunted you every night. You immediately pop back up.
Goddammit, Bucky.
Fuck you and striking eyes. Fuck you and your perfect nose. Fuck you and kissable lips. And strong arms. And your hands, oh your hands… Stop!
Your body erupted into goosebumps and your stomach fluttered just at the thought of him. Fuck the things you’d let him do to you. Why haven't you, you ask? Well he asked you on a date and thinking it was some sort of bet with Sam, because men are assholes and it wouldn’t be the first that happened, you kindly declined.
The next day, Sam and Steve both said they didn’t know he was gonna ask you and had nothing to do with it. So you bolted to Bucky’s room only to find another woman curled to his side in his bed.
“Y/n,” Bucky’s eyes were wide with guilt.
“Hey, uh- I uh, I just wanted to ask um- what you wanted… for breakfast. I’m buying,” you breathed out a nervous chuckle.
“I’m ok-” As soon as you heard those words you bolted out of his room hearing him call your name. You weren’t particularly pissed off, or enraged but it kinda hurt.
Since then however, you don’t think you have seen Bucky even talk to another woman; even at one of Tony’s galas. And he always flirted and joked with you, even more this time than before. You weren’t going to lie, you both loved it and hated it. It gave you confidence while also ruining your panties with just a smile.
Speaking of ruined panties.
You tossed your sheets over and shimmied out of your pajama bottoms. You took your panties off too pulling one side back to shoot it into the laundry basket since those were going to be in desperate need of a wash.
You licked your fingers before pressing them against your burning pussy. You bit your lip stifling your moans as you circled your clit. You imagined Bucky’s hand instead of yours and you imagined him whispering dirty things in your ear.
Your other hand went under your shirt and kneaded your breast softly. You clenched your thighs together approaching your orgasm quickly when suddenly you were a loud scream echo in the building.
You instantly retracted your hand for a second remembering that Bucky had his little prank; Sam clearly found out now. But you soon put that aside and continued thinking about Bucky. He was so perfect; how could anyone look at him and not fall in love? He was so handsome and charming. And his physique. Holy hell, you would give anything to run your hands all over his muscled torso. Kiss up and down his chest and tell him how beautiful he was.
You wanted him pressed against you rutting his hips into you like there was no tomorrow. You wanted to feel his fingers touch you the way you're touching yourself right now thinking about him. You wanted to hear him groan and moan in your ear. You wanted all of him.
“Buck,” you finally moaned out.
“Y/n?”
“Oh god, Buck!” you shrieked grabbing your sheets to cover your modesty.
“Sorry, I uh- I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to barge in,” he stuttered covering his eyes.
“Why are you in here?” you asked him.
“Sam is chasing me and I sought refuge here,” he said.
“You can open your eyes; I’m decent now,” you mumbled.
Bucky slowly brought his hands down looking at you with a guilty expression. He walked up to your bed and sat hesitantly beside you. Your knees were tucked into you and your arms wrapped around them protectively. Heat crawled up your spine and you felt sweaty and embarrassed to be caught so vulnerably, especially by the man whose name you were moaning.
“I’m so sorry,” you said, avoiding his gaze.
“Don’t be, we all do it.”
“I know it’s- it’s still embarrassing,” you mumbled.
“Because?” you stayed silent not really wanting to say it out loud.
“Because you were thinking about me?” Bucky crawled closer to you pulling the sheet from your bare legs gracefully. Your breathing quicken rapidly, your chest heaving up and down.
“You know, I uh- I think about you too; all the time,” he whispered as he dragged his knuckles up your lower leg.
“You don’t have to imagine anymore. I’m right here. Just say the words and I’ll give everything,” he was so close; his fingertips ghosting the sides of your thighs.
“Bucky,” you breathed against his lips, “No, stop.”
Bucky instantly backed away, retracting his hands. He looked at you with confusion and you avoided his gaze once again.
“Buck, I know you just want to sleep with me-”
“Woah what! Did Sam tell you that? Fucking asshole, I’m gonna kill him,” Bucky got up but you pulled his hand back so he’d sit down again.
“No, you- ugh. When you asked me out, a long time ago, I thought you were doing a bet or something with Sam; so I said no to avoid any humiliation. I told Sam and he said he didn’t even know about it, that he had nothing to do with it. So I went to your room to tell you that I liked you back but you were… ‘busy’,” you explained.
Bucky casted his eyes and head down remembering that day vividly. He knew exactly what happened. He asked you out and when you said no he was crushed. He asked Thor if he had any mead with him; it was the only thing that could get him drunk. And he got on a bike and booked it to the closest nightclub.
Bucky finished Thor’s flask and he doesn’t even remember what happened that night. He woke up the next morning with someone in his bed and he freaked. He knew he fucked up and he regretted going out. Suddenly you barged through the door with a beautiful smile on your face but when you saw his unwanted guest, all the sparkle in your face died.
He didn’t see you the rest of the day and it killed him. The woman was nice and actually was very understanding so at least he had that going for him. From that day on Bucky didn’t even look at any other women, let alone give them an ounce of attention. His eyes were simply set on you in hopes one day you’d give him a second chance.
“I’m so sorry, Y/n. I didn’t mean for that to happen. I know I fucked up and if you want me to leave, I will.”
“I’m not mad, we’re not together and you have every right to do that. It just kinda hurt that you moved on so fast,” you chuckled a bit.
“I didn’t! I… I just fucked up. I still want you, not just your body; even though you’re so fucking sexy,” he reached out and squeezed your thigh making you grin, as hard as you tried not to.
“I still think about you all the time. You’re so funny, and beautiful, and sexy, did I mention how sexy you are?” he said, making you laugh.
“Maybe once or twice,” you giggled.
“I don’t want you thinking that I’m using you. I like you a lot. And I know you like me,” he raised his eyebrow making you sheepish.
“Sorry about that again,” you chuckled.
“Don’t be. I can show the real thing instead, all you have to do is say the word,” he brushed his nose against yours. It was so tempting. He was just so irresistible. So all hell went out the window and you caved.
“Please,” you whispered.
Bucky pressed his lips languidly against yours, as if he’d done so a thousand times before. His hand slipped up your inner thigh and you gasped softly into Bucky’s mouth. He pushed his tongue in, swirling it around your and your neck craned back as he kissed you deeper.
His knuckles brushed your wet folds and you shuddered under his touch. His lips trailed down to your jaw and neck as his fingers stroked your folds circled your entrance. You laid back staring up at Bucky who quickly got rid of his shirt before bringing his finger back down to your pussy.
He slowly inserted a finger past your slick folds carfeully watching your face and the pleasure that was overcasted. You bit your lip staring into his eyes and Bucky grew hard simply from that. He pumped his finger in and out of you feeling your thighs wanting to press together from bliss.
“Bucky, please I need more,” you whined.
“Of course, my baby,” he smiled before adding another finger into your entrance. You moaned through gritted teeth feeling already full with just his fingers, you couldn’t imagine his cock. Your shirt had slowly ridden up exposing your belly. Bucky leaned down and kissed your skin, his lips feeling cold in contrast to your hot skin.
Bucky breathed heavy at the sight of you. You were so beautiful and Bucky felt his heart swell. He’s been pining after you for so long and now you were finally here writhing under him in ecstasy.
“You look so perfect, baby,” he whispered.
“Fuck, Bucky, your fingers feel so good,” you brushed your hands through his hair.
“Yeah, you wanna cum? You cum all over my fingers?”
“Yes! Please let me cum,” you arched your chest to the air.
“Come on, my baby. Let go.” You gushed all over his hand, your body spasming as you orgasmed.
“So fucking pretty,” Bucky removed his fingers and brought them up to his mouth, sucking his fingers clean. You moaned at the sight of him licking his fingers and you pulled him into a kiss. You could taste yourself on his tongue.
Bucky stood up and discarded his pants quickly grabbing his cock. He walked to you and you replaced his hand with your slowly moving up and down his shaft. You circled your thumb over his swollen tip and you could feel his body tremble in your hand.
“Fucking tease, aren’t ya,” he grabbed your jaw and you smiled cheekily.
He pulled your shirt off your body and his hands instantly went to your breasts, squeezing and pinching making you moan. His erection stood tall against your thigh and you grew needy for him.
“Please, baby. Please, I need you,” you held his face.
“I gotcha, don’t worry. I’m gonna take real good care of my baby. I’m here,” Bucky whispered in your ear.
He slowly pushed into you, his cock stretching you out. You whimpered at the feelin, never having felt so full before. Bucky kissed the skin below your ear as he slowly bottomed out. He stayed that way for a moment and soon you started wiggling your hips desperately asking him to move but he wouldn’t.
“Stop moving, doll. I just wanna feel ya,” he kept his face buried in your neck.
“Bucky,” you breathed out.
“I know baby, you’re fucking tight. Squeezing me already too,” he chuckled.
You continued letting out whines and whimpers and Bucky’s heart nearly exploded. He propped himself on his elbows looking lovingly down at you and moved his hips back before pushing back in. Your eyes fluttered shut at the feeling. Bucky kissed you senselessly, moaning deeply into your mouth. His hips thrusted wildly in and out of you, making your toes curled.
“Fuck, baby girl. You’re taking me so well; such a pretty baby,” he praised.
You couldn’t form proper words; everything fell from your lips when you tried. Bucky is completely ruining you. Rutting into your hips, surely to leave bruises, he grazed your g spot perfectly pulling loud moans from you everytime.
“Ya feel that? Feel how deep I’m fucking this perfect little pussy?” Bucky grabbed your hand placing it on your lower stomach where you could feel his cock poking your hand with each thrust.
“Fuck, baby. You’re fucking me so fucking good, I’m gonna cum,” yoou whimpered.
“Say my name when you do baby. I want everyone in this goddamn building to know you’re mine,” his hips became sporadic.
“Oh fuck; James!” you chanted his real name, surprising Bucky. He wanted you to say ‘Buck’ like you always do but hearing his first name fall from your lips, he only ever wanted to hear you say it reminding him of this very moment forever.
“Fucking hell, baby,” he grunted before spilling inside you. He coated your velvety walls with his hot cum and that was enough to make you fall off the edge too. Your eyes rolled back and your nails dragged harshly down his back. You protruded your chest up to his and Bucky could feel your perked nipples on his skin.
He watched you with pure infatuation. Your face quickly relaxed to a tired and bliss expression. You breathed heavily out trying to settle your breathing. Bucky looked at your lips and captured them on his own one last time before running to your bathroom to clean you up.
“You are so beautiful, my baby,” he whispered.
“Fuck, that was so good,” you said fervorly, pulling his flush against your body by his neck.
“And it’s-” he was interrupted by your phone ringing beside you.
“It’s Steve,” you told him before looking at the time at the top left of your screen. You were twenty minutes late to your morning session with Steve. You gasped covering your mouth with your hand in shock.
“I’m late to my early sesh with Steve,” you laughed hysterically.
“Here, let me,” Bucky grabbed your phone sitting up to talk to Steve.
“Buck no,” you crawled behind him trying to grab your phone but not having the energy to chase his hand.
“Hey, Y/n’s busy.”
You heard a muffled voice, “Doing what, Buck?”
“Sucking my dick,” he said with absolute no hesitation.
“Buck!” you snatched the phone from his hand.
“Sorry, Steve. I got a bit… distracted. I promised I’ll make it up,” you told him.
“First of all, gross. Second of all, I’m happy for you two; you’re good together,” he said.
“Thanks, Stevie. I’ll see ya later.”
“Stevie?” Bucky asked, unamused.
“Oh shut up, Buck. You just embarrassed me telling him I was sucking your dick,” you nudged him.
“You don’t want to suck my dick?”
“Ugh Buck!” you buried your face in your hands.
“Of course I do,” you said, making Bucky tackle you down pressing kisses all over your face.
“Well, this was quite an eventful morning,” he joked.
“It sure was. What do you think happened with Sam?”
---
“And he put a roach in my lampshade,” Sam cried, actual tears. Nat was trying her absolute hardest to not laugh as was Wanda; gripping onto each other’s arms in hysteria.
“It’s ok, Sam,” Steve soothed him rubbing his back.
“God, where’s Y/n? We were supposed to start training twenty minutes ago,” Steve grumbled, staring at his watch.
“Call her,” Tony said.
Steve stepped aside and Sam continued to cry telling them how he chased him and he knew he ran into your room but it was locked. Nat and Wanda looked at each other grinning like idiots hoping what they think happened happened. Steve came back with a soft proud smile on face.
“What happened with Y/n?” Tony asked.
“She uh, she had to cancel, but it’s cool,” he looked at the girls who smiled knowingly.
“She’s with Bucky isn’t she,” Sam grunted.
“Yeah, yeah she is,” Steve said, making Sam cry again because he’s not gonna be able to beat the shit of Bucky anymore.

hq boys as dads calling you while you're away bc your child wouldn't stop crying
characters: kuroo tetsuro, bokuto koutarou
warning(s): none, just fluff. kuroo is v father material aahh!!
a/n: this was sitting on my drafts for a while now. other characters coming soon 👀
Tumblr media
kuroo tetsuro
you were overseas for two days to attend a convention that your job required which meant leaving kuroo and your child
kuroo was admittedly and without a doubt, a really good father so when he told you not to worry about them, you left without any worries at all
kuroo knew everything - how to prepare milk and baby food, changing diapers, how to get them to sleep, how to stop their tantrums, basically everything
still you bugged him all the way to the airport to call if something were to happen or if he needed help with anything such as locating the diaper and milk powder
afterall, he was rarely on baby duty since his job required more of his time compared to yours but he has never failed to provide you and his son the time and affection
the first day went by smoothly and without a problem, that is until the next day. your son just wouldn't stop crying so he had to call you to calm him down
no matter what kuroo did, your son just wouldn't stop crying even when he was cradling him gently in his arms and rubbing his back. their child has been crying for almost an hour now, only getting louder and stronger despite his best efforts to calmly shush him or lull him to sleep.
the morning went by pretty fine; kuroo fed, bathed, and played with their son - even changed the diapers twice. their son seemed to be in a pretty good mood throughout the morning but apparently, babies get mood swings too, and that's when the crying started.
kuroo tried basically everything from trying to get their son to drink milk, to giving the pacifier, and humming baby songs he could think of but all his attempts failed. their son wasn't bored nor hungry and was definitely not sleepy so it was starting to worry kuroo.
"hey bud, you're scaring me now," kuroo cooed, softly pressing the back of his hand against their son's forehead but the temperature was fine. kuroo knew all the baby stuff without sweat, even the signals of what they needed but this was entirely different. it was only when then their son pointed to the picture of the three of you framed on the wall that kuroo got his answer. pressing a soft kiss against his son's temple, he whispered softly, "i know bud, i miss mommy too."
kuroo grabbed his phone from the couch and called you, chuckling when you instantly answered on the first ring with a hint of worry in your voice. "tetsu, what's wrong? are you both okay? should i get on the next flight?"
"relax kitten, we're fine. we just miss you."
"awe, i miss both my boys too."
"mama's on the phone bud." kuroo switched to loud speaker, smiling widely at their son who looked at him with wide, doe eyes upon hearing your voice. the crying eventually died down as you kept speaking through the phone with your cute, tiny baby voice until your son fell asleep in his arms.
"is he asleep?" you asked.
"yep. hey, you should use that baby voice often. it's cute," he teased, grinning ear to ear.
"shut up."
the rest of the afternoon was spent at a mall near the airport, buying toys and new clothes and stopping by for ice cream before waiting for you at the terminal.
"look bud, there's mommy!" kuroo crouched to level with their son, pointing at your figure from a distance. their son's eyes lit up when spotting you, giggling and reaching out his other hand that kuroo wasn't holding.
"awe, it's my two favorite boys! i missed you both so much!" you said sweetly, dropping your bags to hug your son.
"i missed you so much, love." you hugged kuroo tightly when he stood up only for him to hug you tighter, peppering kisses on your cheeks.
"missed you more, kitten," he said softly, pressing a light kiss to your lips before carrying your son. you really had nothing to worry about.
bokuto kotarou
you were a little bit worried about leaving bokuto and your child even if it was just for a couple of hours. you had to visit your parents in kyoto and dropby for groceries on the way home
it's not that you didn't trust him, you were just not quite sure if the house would be exactly the same as when you left knowing how bokuto and your child loved to play A LOT
you considered calling akaashi to babysit the two lmao
bokuto matched your child's energy so while you're incharge of all the serious baby duties, bokuto was incharge of playing and goofing around with your child while you rested
really, your child got their hyperactiveness from bo
you were also the one who dealt with the tantrums while bo assisted, so when bo was left to deal with your son's tantrum alone, he panicked and was about to cry himself because your son was crying and it made him sad :(
you left the house around 6 am after preparing breakfast for your husband and son as well as the other things that bokuto will need for the day. althought bokuto spent a lot of time with your child, it didn't always include the serious baby duties so you knew for sure if you hadn't displayed the diapers and vitamins on the counter in advance, he'd be flipping the house upside down searching for them.
you also left a note on the fridge that consisted of all the instructions and reminders to serve as a guide. you trusted bokuto, of course, but you really just didn't want to come home to a mess.
bokuto's arms snaked around your waist and squeezed you lightly in his hug, nuzzling his face at the crook of your neck. "can't you just take us with you?"
"i'd love to kou, but our son just recovered from a fever so it's best if he stays home for now."
he nodded, visibly frowning. you cupped his cheek to get him to look at you. "kou, baby, i'll be back before you know it."
bokuto pouted, looking at you with puppy dog eyes and it took everything in you not to cancel your plans. "call me if there's a problem, okay?" you kissed him goodbye and left.
with the note you left him, bokuto had no troubles throughout the morning routine even during bathtime. he would send you pictures and videos from time to time so you wouldn't have to worry, also because he loved sharing things with you.
bokuto loved playing with your son, loved seeing the adorable smile and hearing the soft giggles during their playtime even if it meant having to crawl on the carpet with his son on his back like a horse.
bokuto was filming him walking around with a huge smile on his face, "come to dada, little guy." your son just recently learned how to walk on their own so their steps were still unstable and wobbly and this resulted to your son tripping on his own feet.
bokuto could shit his pants right now, quickly fumbling to his now crying son to comfort him.
"hey little guy, it's okay you're good, dada's here now." he's whispering comforting words while gently rubbing on their back but the cries only got worse, the tears streaming down the little guy's face nonstop and this made bokuto's heart sink, feeling his own tears pool in his eyes. "shh i'm sorry, i'm sorry... you're okay, i gotchu."
his hands hesitantly reached out hug your son, so fragile it scared bokuto. he was calling you now and thank god you answered right away.
"kou?"
"he won't stop crying and i don't know what to do, can you come home now please? i think i just made our son hate me."
you sighed, "he doesn't hate you, kou. can you tell me what happened?"
"i was taking a video of him while he walked around but then he tripped and i swear i was watching over him! he won't stop crying, oh god i'm gonna cry too."
"did he hit his head? is he seriously hurt anywhere?"
"no," bokuto mumbled and you sighed in relief.
"okay that's good. it'll be fine babe, kids fall sometimes, okay? especially at this stage where they're learning how to walk. just carry him around for a while and he'll eventually ca-"
"what if i drop him?! should i ask akaashi to come over??" he pressed the phone between his ear and shoulder, gently and carefully lifting his son from the ground, pressing him close to his chest despite being nervous.
"you won't drop him kou, i'll punch you if you do, and no, do not call keiji. you got this, babe, you're his dad and he needs you not his uncle."
it took a while to convince bokuto that he was going to be find and to get off the phone so he can start comforting your son. bokuto did as you said, cradling him in his arms while he walked around the house and pointing to the pictures on the wall until your son finally calmed down. the only problem was that his son would start crying again whenever he attempted to bring him down, tiny hands clinging around his neck and onto his shirt.
you arrived home around 8 pm, announcing your arrival only to be met with silence at the door.
"kou?"
your eyes softened as soon as you found him asleep on the couch with your son on top of his chest, his strong arms wrapped securely around the tiny human being. you quietly kneel beside the couch, stroking bokuto's hair which slowly woke him up.
"i'm home." you smiled.
bokuto brought a finger to his lips and you pressed your lips together, taking your son away from his arms so you can tuck him in for the night.
"i'm sooo tired," bokuto whined, resting his head on top of your chest and cuddling close to you as soon as you joined him in bed. "it's my turn to be baby."
you snorted, bokuto's soft snores filling the quiet room in just a few seconds. "goodnight baby."

By Your Doorstep (Part 3)
Tumblr media
Summary: Dean talks with Sam about his growing feelings for the reader before inviting her and Tessa over for the evening. Later on in the week, Dean and the reader head out on a date but it doesn’t exactly end smoothly...
Pairing: Doctor/Neighbor!Dean x reader
Masterlist
Word Count: 3,500ish
Warnings: language, brief mention of sex toys, minor frightening situation
A/N: Parts of this series are told from two different POV’s. Dean’s POV are written from limited third person. Reader’s POV are second person (like a typical reader insert). Enjoy!…
_________
Dean’s POV
“Hey,” said Dean, answering his phone as he walked around the grocery store after dropping Y/N off at home. “You gonna come over for the game, Sammy?”
“I got a brief I need to write up for my boss unfortunately,” said Sam. “I can’t wait to quit.”
“Same. You tried these baked barbecue chips yet?” asked Dean, picking up a bag.
“Trying to force your guests to be healthy for once, doctor?” teased Sam.
“Well the girls are having a spa day thing I forgot about and Y/N and Tessa are coming over later for the game so I don’t want it to be a total dude fest of beer and more beer,” said Dean, putting the bag back and get some regular baked ones instead. “They should be over by second half but still.”
“Trying to impress this girl or something? With chips?” laughed Sam. Dean groaned and threw his head back. “Dean. You’re overthinking this. You know brownies are the real way to a woman’s heart.”
“See? I knew there was a reason I didn’t hang up on you yet,” said Dean, turning down the snack aisle.
“I take it the date went well if she’s coming over to hang out.”
“Yeah. She’s cool.”
“She’s cool? That’s all I’m gonna get?” asked Sam. “You haven’t had a girlfriend since you were twenty two and now that you have one it’s just cool?”
“Fine. I like her. She’s cute and she smells pretty and she’s…” trailed off Dean, tossing a tub of brownie bites in the cart.
“She’s what?” asked Sam.
“She gets me, gets what we went through.”
“Her parents fuck ups too?”
“No. But they died a few years ago. She’s got a sister about nine years younger. She’s just starting her senior year now. She’s had to raise her the past few years on her own.”
“...She really does get you then,” said Sam. “Where’d you meet her again?”
“I was taking a walk in the neighborhood. She was looking for their dog. They’re having a really hard time of it right now it sounds like but she just, keeps going with a smile.”
“She’s not a damsel though. Don’t try and sweep in and save the day too much you know. You’d hate that.”
“I know. I helped her get a job at our office since she just lost hers and they’re crunched on cash. Plus the sister is going to college next year,” said Dean.
“She should apply to that grant you got. Mr. Y/L/N helped you with it, right?” asked Sam.
“Yeah he...what’d you just say?” asked Dean, pausing in front of the dip section.
“The grant money. It paid for nearly all your undergraduate right?” asked Sam. “It’s the same one I did too.”
“Mr. Y/L/N,” said Dean, shutting his eyes as he realized why Y/N’s house looked so familiar. “Sammy.”
“What?”
“Y/N, the girl, her house...where was Mr. Y/L/N’s house?” asked Dean.
“Over on Pine I think,” said Sam. “I know it’s in your neighborhood somewhere.”
“Oh Sammy. Shit,” said Dean. “I think I know why he stopped talking to us a few years ago. His house, that’s Y/N’s house. Mr. Y/L/N was her dad, Sam.”
“No fucking way.”
“Yes fucking way. Fuck,” said Dean adding some sour cream and onion and guacamole to the cart. “She’s gonna think I’m just trying to pay her back for what he did or something.”
“Yeah but you didn’t know that when you got her the job. You gotta tell her at some point but it doesn’t have to be a problem,” said Sam.
“Well what if he went and told his family about the guy he caught stealing? I’m sure she’d think I’m great then. Of course, the one woman that I’m like…”
“You’re like what?” asked Sam. Dean was quiet, heading over towards the beer cooler. “In love with?”
“Geez, Sam. I barely know her. I’m not in love with her,” said Dean. “I just...I could see myself being in love with her.”
“So...you pre-love her,” said Sam.
“Exactly.”
“Yeah there’s no such thing, dumbass. You’re fucking falling for this girl and fast.”
“I know,” said Dean, shutting his eyes by the milk. “She just...she feels like you. Like she’s got no ulterior motive. I just...something is telling me I can’t fuck this up. I’m not supposed to.”
“Then you won’t,” said Sam. “You sure it’s not like that thing with Lisa?”
“That was me ignoring all the crap because I thought somebody loved me. Sam the moment I met this girl like...I don’t know,” said Dean. “I don’t think she’ll fuck me over.”
“I hope she works out. She sounds special.”
“She is and that is terrifying.”
“Dean contrary to what we grew up with and how your love life has gone so far, there are people that have amazing relationships out there. You can be one of them if you want,” he said.
“I know. Take a break and call at halftime or something, okay? The losers miss seeing your face too.”
“I will. Talk to you soon Dean.”
Reader’s POV
“Hello, Y/N,” said Tessa as you walked past her room an hour later. “How was Dean’s?”
“Good. He invited us over later to watch football. Some guys your age will be there too if you’re interested.”
“Alright,” she said. “Hey so you know how we were talking about sex stuff yesterday?”
“Oh yeah. We were gonna talk more,” you said. You took a seat in her desk chair and she sat up on her bed. “The fake dick thing, that was throwing you off, right?”
“Yeah. Well, I kinda talked to Hailey about that stuff last night and she has one. She like showed me it so I kinda get that apparently it feels good if there’s something up there?” she asked.
“Yes, it does. What’s with the questions about sex toys?” you asked.
“I know my birthday is coming up and I’ll be eighteen and I kinda…I’m a hormonal teenager and-”
“I can get you a private gift,” you said with a smile. “Just shut your door if you’re gonna do it when I’m home, okay?”
“I do that now.”
“Good,” you said. “I’ll pick out something small and by the time you want something more, then you can pick that out on your own, okay?”
“Okay,” she said. “Did mom ever...talk about this stuff with you?”
“No,” you said with a laugh. “I found out on my own. It’s perfectly normal and natural and guys aren’t the only ones allowed to get off on their own.”
“Not sure I’d ever ask her anyways,” she said.
“That’s what sisters are for,” you said. “You have fun at Hailey’s then?”
“Mhm. It’s okay if Toast goes to Dean’s later right?”
“Uh, let me check quick,” you said, pulling out your phone.
Hey. Toast can come over too right?
Duh, Y/L/N. He’s more than welcome.
Okay. We’ll see you later.
Later sweetheart.
“Yeah, Toast is cool,” you said. You stood and Tessa cocked her head, smiling at you. “What?”
“How was your date?” she asked.
“I like him. I like him a lot.”
“Good. Tell him if he fucks with you though I’ll kick his ass,” she said. “So will Toast.”
“I wouldn’t worry about it with this one.”
“Whoa, whoa, ladies,” said Dean as you and Tessa started to put on your shoes to head home after the game. “It’s only seven and you two need dinner.”
“What are you making?” asked Tessa.
“I was going to do enchiladas?” he said. Tessa looked at you and you nodded.
“Only if we help though,” you said.
“Alright. Tessa how about you make up some guac for us. You can hang out at the counter, get off that ankle of yours,” said Dean.
“He so likes you,” she said as you walked back with her to the kitchen.
“Yes, I do,” chuckled Dean. Toast followed close by and whined, pawing at your foot. “She okay?”
“My meds are home. Supposed to have them with dinner,” said Tessa with a sigh.
“I can run home and get them real quick,” you said. “Ten minutes.”
“Alright. We’ll get started without you.”
Ten minutes later you were back along with some of Toast’s dog food. You could hear laughter coming from the kitchen, Tessa snorting to herself.
“Here you go dork,” you said, popping the bottle down in front of her.
“Thanks,” she said, taking a few. You used a bowl and fed Toast some dinner while Dean worked on putting the tortillas together. “I like your doctor boyfriend.”
“Oh course you do,” you said, smacking her arm.
“Someone told me she’s turning eighteen in a few weeks. You got any big plans?” he asked as he tucked the last enchilada in a casserole dish.
“We might get a pizza,” said Tessa. “Nothing fancy.”
“Oh I think we can do better than that,” you said with a smile.
“I thought…” said Tessa and you shrugged. “We’re going out? Are we going to Monico’s like we used to?”
“Monico’s? That’s very fancy,” said Dean, giving you a quick look. “You got room for one more?”
“I…” you said, Dean cocking his head. “Sure. You wouldn’t mind, would you Tessa?”
“Yeah, Dean can come,” she said. “Oh shit, would they even let Toast in?”
“He’s a service dog so legally yes, they have to,” said Dean as he popped the casserole in the oven. “Y/N, why don’t you help me set the table. I never eat in the dining room anyways.”
You carried some plates in the room around the front of the house, staring at Dean as he set some spots down.
“Dean. That is a hundred dollar a plate restaurant.”
“It’s her eighteenth birthday and mine was real shitty. I can afford it. Let me. Please.”
“You can’t just buy stuff for her or me.”
“Why not? I like you. I care about you and she’s part of that so I think caring about her is going to be pretty important to you at some point so I might as well start now.”
“Dean.”
“What?”
“Thank you,” you said.
“Oh. Well...okay then.” You left the plates on the table and walked around to where he was, Dean glancing away when you wrapped your arm around his waist.
“Let me go dutch at least.”
“Bake me a pie and we’re even,” he said.
“Alright. Pie is it, Dean.”
Thursday Afternoon
“Hello, Y/N,” said Dean. He grinned as he walked into the lab. “How’s the first week going?”
“She’s a fast learner,” said the lab manager. “What do you need, Winchester?”
“Just saying hi to our new colleague,” he said.
“I already know she’s your girlfriend, Dean.”
“You’re no fun, Wesley,” said Dean. “You like it?”
“I like the pay. Wesley says after a little while I can take some certification courses and work on more complex things. The research hospital tied with the university is really good for that stuff,” you said.
“Oh yeah, those guys do pretty well over there. I think our last tech went on to the radiology program over there. I know blood and urine samples aren’t the most fun thing to work on but-”
“Dean this is more than what I was making as a paralegal even,” you said quietly. “This job is great and Tessa’s on better insurance now. Honestly. I owe you one.”
“All you owe me is a pie,” he chuckled. “You got plans tonight? I know you’ve been busy.”
“I’m free if you had something in mind,” you said.
“Do you maybe want to go out for dinner? Maybe do a round of bowling?” he asked.
“Yeah,” you said. “Sounds fun. Pick me up at six thirty?”
“Sounds like a plan sweetheart.”
“Okay, were you conning me?” asked Dean as you walked back to his car that evening. You giggled and he pulled you into a noogie. “How the fuck do you go from a twenty eight your first game to one fifty? There is no way you weren’t pulling a fast one.”
“What can I say, maybe I just needed a warm up game,” you said. Dean ruffled your hair for a moment before fixing it, leaving his arm around your shoulder when your phone rang. “Hey Tess. What’s up?”
“I think somebody’s in the house,” she said quietly. “I’m in my closet with Toast.”
“Dean, call 911,” you said, his hand already moving into his pocket. “Someone’s in the house.”
“Y/N, I think they’re upstairs,” she whispered.
“Don’t say a word. I’m right here and Dean’s calling the cops right now. Toast’ll protect you until they get there okay?” you said.
“Y/N, they say they’re already responding to a call your neighbor put in. The cops are there?” said Dean.
“Hello, Elmdale police department. Anyone home?” said a voice through the phone.
“Tessa it’s okay. Those are the police,” you said. “We’ll be home in five minutes okay?”
“Okay,” she said.
“Thanks again,” you said, saying goodnight to the officers. You shut the door after yourself, Tessa sat on the couch with her arms crossed. “Tessa how many times have I told you. At night, you lock the front door. The storm door is broken and has been forever. The front door’s been wide open for hours.”
“I don’t need you to yell at me,” she said.
“Tessa somebody could have walked right on in and-”
“Oh my God, I know,” she said. She stormed upstairs and slammed her door shut, opening it quickly for Toast to come inside before it slammed again.
“I’ve told her so many times,” you said as you paced the family room. Dean walked over and rubbed your arms, kissing your forehead. “Sorry.”
“She made a mistake. Kids make them. So do adults.”
“I know she’s shaken up,” you said. “I shouldn’t have yelled.”
“Yeah but maybe she won’t do it again,” he said. “She’s not the only one shaken up.”
“Yeah, I know,” you said.
“How about I crash on the couch tonight,” he said. “Give you girls some peace of mind.”
“You can sleep in my room,” you said.
“I thought you had a twin sized bed,” he chuckled. “The couch is fine. I want to. I wasn’t just talking about you two either.”
“You’re sweet,” you said.
“Oh I’m very aware,” he said. “Go talk to your sister.”
“There’s blankets in the cupboard under the TV,” you said.
“Thanks, sweetheart,” he said. He kissed you and you headed upstairs, knocking on Tessa’s door.
“Tess. Can we talk?” you asked. The door opened slowly and she had her arms crossed at you. “I’m sorry for freaking out. I got scared too.”
“I’m sorry I forgot about the door again,” she said quietly.
“Tessa, we...we gotta protect ourselves. We gotta make sure we do things like lock doors and windows at night. Two young women alone in a house...I know your mind already went there once tonight. Please, please remember to lock the door from now, okay?”
“Okay,” she said.
“Dean’s gonna stay the night on the couch downstairs,” you said.
“Really?”
“Yeah. Don’t worry. Nothing’s gonna get past him,” you said.
“He seems like a really good guy. You deserve one of those,” she said.
“I think so too,” you said. “Night.”
“Night, Y/N.”
Dean’s POV
“Sammy boy, isn’t it past your bedtime?” chuckled Dean as he answered his phone, watching some late night TV quietly from Y/N’s couch.
“Shut up. How big is the guest room at your house? I was thinking of getting a new bed and just having it delivered there.”
“Oh, you finally gonna get off that tiny ass mattress?” teased Dean.
“De…”
“You can have the spare bedroom at the end. It’s bigger, got it’s own attached bath. Plus it’s empty so win win.”
“Would a king fit?” he asked.
“Probably. I’m not home right now but I can measure tomorrow for you,” said Dean.
“On a hot date?” laughed Sam.
“I was. Y/N’s little sister had a bit of a scare.”
“Everything okay?”
“Yeah, yeah. Kid just accidentally left the front door open and neighbor called the cops, cops came, Tessa heard it and freaked a bit. I’m crashing on the couch for the night. They’re a little shook up still.”
“Well someone’s gonna get some brownie points for that one.”
“Nah, Y/N knows I’m only here cause I want to be, dude.”
“Not at all what I said but whatever. Oh by the way, I got another call from mom today. I let it go to voicemail.”
“What’d she say?” sighed Dean, running his hand through his hair.
“She just like...wanted to say she’s thinking about us, like both of us or some shit.”
“Oh that’s nice. Better late than never, ain’t that right Sammy?” said Dean, rolling his eyes and laying down on the couch.
“Dean. I’m not saying...can I ask why you hate her so much?” Sam asked after a beat. Dean moved the phone away and shut his eyes. He put his head down and let out a deep breathe, moving the phone back. “De.”
“She’s not a good person. You know that. Leave it at that.”
“Did she smack you around too?” asked Sam quietly.
“Dad at least you knew was an asshole. She pretended she wasn’t though and she’s just a bitch that blames her shitty life on us when we turned out awesome. She can get fucked along with him.”
“You didn’t answer the question.”
“Yeah. Block her number Sam. It’s the best thing you can do.”
“You think there’s no chance of anything with her then.”
“Mom’s shouldn’t tell their kids the shit she said to me. Ever. I’m just glad you never got it as much.”
“I punched her in the leg once,” chuckled Sam. “Got my ass spanked but it was worth it.”
“What’d she do?”
“I just remember she made you cry real bad and I got as pissed off as a seven year old could.”
“We got each other’s backs,” said Dean. “All that matters.”
“Tell me about Y/N,” said Sam, Dean shaking his head. “Come on. No more depressing shit. She sounded cute when I talked to her at the game Sunday. I bet she’s cute.”
“She is,” said Dean. “I’m super into her, like super into her, don’t get me wrong but like...I just like her too. Like she’s gorgeous but it’s not like, why I’m attracted? I’m probably not saying this right.”
“I get what you’re saying,” said Sam. “You should totally take her to Mel’s for dinner tomorrow.”
“I really ought to take her to a sit down restaurant before she runs off on me.”
“Mel’s is sit down.”
“Mel’s is greasy burgers and pulled pork at picnic tables.”
“If she doesn’t like Mel’s I can’t like this girl Dean. I’m sorry but those are just facts,” said Sam. Dean rolled his eyes and smiled, staring up at the ceiling.
“We could get the sweetheart special. My cholesterol won’t like it but my soul will,” chuckled Dean. “Really? Mel’s?”
“If that girl doesn’t love the ice box pie at the end, she is certifiable,” said Sam.
“I have faith in this one,” said Dean. He shut his eyes and hummed. “You really want to listen to me talk about her?”
“I got about two hundred pages to sign and stamp. I wouldn’t mind the company.”
“Alright. You asked for it.”

have a conversation
for @dadstielweek day 4: misunderstandings
So they defeat Chuck, and then Jack fucks off to do celestial entity shit, and then Sam goes on an urgent find-Eileen mission, and Dean is left alone in the bunker.
(Well, Sam is coming back. At some point.)
Dean contemplates drowning himself in whiskey, thinks about what Cas would say, and then decides to deep-clean the entire bunker instead. By the time Sam finally comes back, with Eileen in tow, Dean’s got this awful, jittery energy all the time, so he takes to praying to Jack in the mornings.
(He would do Cas, but, uh. Cas. Yeah.)
On day twenty-three of Dean’s ongoing pray-to-my-weird-godly-son-thing breakdown (that includes a lot of where the fuck is Cas? and please come back, Jack, we still have your room set up), the aforementioned cosmic entity, junior edition, shows up at breakfast.
Sam jumps and Dean spills half his coffee, but Jack just waves serenely. “Hello!” he says brightly. “I’m back.”
“I can see that,” Dean replies, trying to sop up his coffee with his napkin.
“And he’s not alone,” another voice says, and then Dean spills the rest of his coffee, because it’s Cas and Cas is in his kitchen and Cas is alive and--
“You dumb sonofabitch,” Dean practically growls after he’s been hugging Cas for an embarrassingly long time in front of everyone, “Never do that again.”
“Okay,” Cas says, and Dean believes him.
Breakfast after that is a joyous affair--Eileen and Cas sign rapidly across the table about something (Dean doesn’t catch all of it but from what he does understand he thinks Eileen is updating Cas on what happened to Chuck), and Sam produces a box of sugary cereal for Jack, and it’s all awesome.
Well.
Mostly.
Because Jack and Cas are supposed to be in each other’s orbits. Sure, all of them had a hand in raising the kid, but Cas is Jack’s honest-to-god (maybe a little too soon for that turn of phrase) family. Dean remembers vividly how bent up Cas was those times that Jack died--and how Jack took the news that Cas was gone, after that night in the dungeon. That’s a father-and-son duo right there if Dean has ever seen one.
But they won't look at each other.
Dean tries not to read too much into it, but the whole day, they’re never alone in the same room, and when Dean offers that maybe they could take Miracle on a walk, Cas backs out as soon as Jack volunteers.
Dean definitely has ulterior motives when it comes to dragging Cas to his room when Cas tries to slither off that night (namely: kiss him like it’s going out of style in an attempt to make up for the last decade and some change), but after the long-awaited make-out session, Dean can’t help but ask the question that’s been on his mind.
“What’s up with you and Jack?”
Beside him in the bed, Cas stiffens. “We, uh...had a disagreement.”
Dean cranes his head to look at Cas, who is currently using Dean as a pillow. “You’ve been back for fourteen hours! What did you disagree about?”
Cas sighs. “After resurrecting me, Jack took me first to Heaven to show me what he had done. It was impressive--he started redesigning the whole thing. But, uh, I don’t know how it came up...but he started asking about me dying.” Cas lifts his head, and Dean sees his eyes welling up with tears. “He’s angry with me, Dean. And I don’t know what to do.”
“Okay.” Dean attempts to gather all of the reassurance he can muster. “First of all, he’s not even four years old yet. When Sam was four, he would get mad about someone changing the TV channel. If someone in his family up and died, he would probably be even more upset.” Dean has to stop for a moment as his brain catches up to his analogy and he remembers that he was four when his mom died and he stopped fucking talking for a year.
“That’s true.”
“And maybe you two just need to get real about it, y’know? A good old fashioned conversation.”
“Ah, yes, something you have often.”
“Shut up,” Dean says, and then he kisses Cas again to make that command stick.
----------------------
Despite the warmth and contentment that come from having someone in your bed, Dean still wakes up at the asscrack of dawn because he can’t sleep, and he finds himself in the kitchen, contemplating making something extravagant for everyone for breakfast since he has the time. French toast, maybe?
He goes on a journey to find suitable bread in the pantry and then drops said bread on the ground when he turns to see Jack standing in front of him.
“Gonna put a bell on you,” Dean mutters, bending to pick up the bread. “What’s up, kid?”
Jack looks nervous. “It’s Cas.”
“Go on.” Dean leads them back into the kitchen and starts rooting through the fridge for eggs and milk. “Spill.”
“I--” Jack sighs heavily, a twin to Cas’s sigh earlier, and Dean thinks that it really is uncanny how alike they are. He leans against the counter heavily. “We argued.”
“What about?” Dean asks. Nutmeg, that’s what he needs next. Sam was the one to use it last, so it’s probably somewhere really fucking weird.
“...I’m angry.” Jack sounds shattered, and Dean pauses. Jack looks up at him, eyelashes wet and voice small. “Why am I still mad at him, Dean? I brought him back! He’s here!”
Dean remembers being really pissed off when Cas pulled Sam out of the pit, upset that Sam even jumped in. So he thinks he knows what he wished someone would have said then, and he pulls Jack to the kitchen table.
“Sometimes,” Dean starts, “People we love do things that make us upset.”
“Like dying?” Jack asks.
Dean lets out a low laugh. “In this family, yes. But being upset with them doesn’t mean we don’t love them. In fact, it might even make us angrier, that we love them and they pissed us off.”
Jack nods.
“So,” Dean decides to give Jack the same advice he gave Cas. “Maybe you should just try to have a conversation with him about it. Tell him how it felt that he was gone.”
Jack slowly nods again. “I think I’ll do that.” He gets up and throws his arms around Dean’s neck. “Thank you, Dean.”
Dean sits there, stunned, for at least a minute.
Maybe Cas’s paternal nature is rubbing off on him.
----------------------
Cas announces after lunch that he’s going out, and then Jack says, “Me too,” and they fool absolutely no one.
Dean spends the afternoon making meatballs for dinner (in addition to becoming Mr. Clean since Cas died, he’s become Martha Stewart), and hopes, when he hears the bunker door slam, that it’s a good sign.
“You’ve got something on your face,” Dean says to Jack when he walks into the kitchen with a smear of chocolate across his cheek.
“We got ice cream!” Jack says.
“It was delicious,” Cas adds, following Jack in. His expression as he looks at Jack is warm and full, not the hard-edged sadness of yesterday, and Dean breathes an internal sigh of relief.
As it turns out, though, they did not bring ice cream for everyone else. Disappointing.

mark’s dad.
Tumblr media
pairing: johnny x fem!readr
genre: fluff + smut (like little angst) info: dilf!johnny, son!mark, best-friend!mark, aged-up!johnny warnings: age gap, unprotected sex, masturbation (fem) wc: 2.1k
note: hi i wrote this on my phone at like 1-3 in the morning... sorry if it’s bad but i wanted to put out something! i hope you guys enjoy it though cause dilf!johnny is so sexy
Tumblr media
i think my son ditched you for haechan today, dear.” mr.suh informed you as you stood respectively in front of him, wearing an oversized sweater and basketball shorts. “aw man, i drove all this way for a movie with mark, and he ditched me for his other best friend...” you quietly sneer, the obvious jealously making an appearance. johnny chuckled, hands resting on his hips. he felt bad you came all this way for a simple movie night. “how about this?” your eyes look up, to the terrifyingly good looking man. “i will treat you to a movie and popcorn!” he suggested, knowing very damn well he’s going out of his way to possibly spend time with his son’s best friend, who he has known since they were sewed to the hip in sophomore year, now in university. “i-i don’t think that’s be appropriate,” “why? because i’d like to spend time and get to know the friend and possible love interest of my son? i don’t see any harm in that. i’ll get my coat.” he quickly responded, saving himself.
Tumblr media
you knew he said you’d watch a movie together but you didn’t expect to get yourself two tickets to go watch a movie at an actual theatre. “that was amazing mr.suh-“ johnny looks down at your tiny figure holding the popcorn, “-i mean johnny!” if you’re being honest now, it was really nice getting to know johnny, besides the age difference and the possible complications with your amazing friendship with his son, you liked him. making your way over to his car, you listen on as he rambles about how he hasn’t this much of an outing since mark was in high school. “now he’s clinging onto me like we’re dudes, like i’m his dad not his bro.” he laughed, starting the car. “that’s so sweet though!! my mom never gave an effort to trying to be my friend even when i tried,” although you kind of party pooped the mood, you can literally reverse uno it right there. “but whatever!! she still brings me shopping which is good enough,”
nearing midnight and you know god damn well your mom would’ve killed you if she knew you took a taxi home alone in the middle of the night. johnny picked up on this, and even if he saw you in a new light today, a light which could possibly ruin his relationship with his son and a possible one with you, he couldn’t have let you home alone. “you know what? marks sleeping over at haechan’s anyway. i’ll call your mom and tell her you should stay over.” nodding, you let yourself in and up into his (messy) bedroom.
Tumblr media
“hope you enjoy peanut butter and jelly for dinner, i kind of forgot to buy groceries...” johnny said handing you a plate of mini sandwiches. you mutter a quick thanks before digging in. tonight you saw johnny not as mr.suh but as johnny, the hot ass mother fucking dilf of the neighbourhood. you thought you were just a regular teenager to him, but you thought wrong. feeling his gaze on your exposed neck, lips. how his breathing would quicken whenever you leaned in to grab another sandwich. “wanna watch america’s got talent?” you asked pointing towards the couch. he shrugs agreeing, “why not?”
you had insisted on cleaning the dishes, i mean it was the least you could do. “so what’s the point of this whole show? to humiliate people or actually scout out people?!” johnny questioned staring at the screen, not noticing how you went from being on opposite ends of the couch to being almost inches away. should you initiate something? no, that would be overstepping into something erasable.
“this is so wrong,” you tell yourself before abruptly standing up. johnny turns his attention to you, trying to foreshadow your next moves. however, he didn’t expect for you to turn back around and straddle on his lap, “whoa..” he said, gripping onto your hips. “i want you.” his mind goes blur momentarily, “i-i cant, your my son’s best friend...” god, you looked so hot with your shorts bunched up as far as they could as you slowly grinder down onto his (huge) clothed cock. “fu..fuck,” he moans aloud, pushing all thoughts aside except for the one that kept telling him to ruin you tonight. the night was going better than planned, since you were in straddled on a topless johnny with only your bra and shorts on... probably a good twenty five minutes into kiss play, but mark chose the best time to unintentionally cockblock you and his dad. “y/n!!”mark shouted through the phone loud enough for johnny to hear (and the speaker wasn’t even on!) “yes markie?” you cooed, using one hand to speak on the phone and the other to signal johnny to keep it quiet. your hands trailed overtop your breasts, cupping them through your bra and pinching your hardened nipples, soon bringing your cold fingers down to the waistband of your shorts. “it’s fine. we can always watch a movie next weekend, i literally see you everyday! go hang out with hyuck,” you encouraged. past the waistband and under the hello kitty panties your hand comes in contact with your sensitive (dripping) folds. “a-ah, m..mark i gotta go...” “are you getting laid or something? i’m out.” he quickly ends the phone and you made sure to turn on ‘do not disturb’ incase he calls again.
“go on, i’ll watch.” johnny said seductively observing you as you toyed with your sensitive clot. “i’m close johnny!” you quietly moan into his ear, rubbing faster. “cum on your fingers, now.” he ordered, feeling you twitch underneath him, grinding as you had an orgasm. “dirty girl...” he groans watching you pull your fingers up to suck dry. now, you were a filthy girl, tasting yourself without being told to, cumming in your panties which you knew damn might have to force you to go commando tonight in marks bed. it was like a slap in the face when johnny lifted you up to stand, “it’s late. i- we should head to bed... i can give you some new shorts... since you know,” he quickly stammered before swiping his shirt off the floor, heading upstairs.
Tumblr media
it was almost nine in the morning when you woke up, you knew johnny woke up around seven to eight so the sizzling smell of bacon wasn’t just some evil mind games. after last night, you felt, intense shame and guilt. did you seriously just betray your best friend for a lousy orgasm you could’ve done alone in the bathroom. “your up! i made breakfast, go ahead and dig in, i’m just gonna be cleaning up my bedroom.” he sounded as if you didn’t cum all over his lap not even 12 hours ago, but i guess he shouldn’t dwell in the past especially this time.
“mr.suh! my mom’s here! thank you... goodbye!” you shout from the front door. “anytime! bye!” he replies before you jolt out the door.
Tumblr media
it’s been a couple days and johnny hasn’t left your mind. you always think about what stopped him, was it the age? your friendship with mark? that fucking phone call? johnny and you that night was like no other, you saw him for johnny, not mr.suh and it made your panties soak at every thought. how his ink black hair is always combed and in the most attractive middle part, how his broad should could feel when you hold yourself while being railed by his enormous cock. it was big, would it even fit? you’ve been with men before but the bulge you felt poking you in then thigh was something else compared to the other men.
you roamed his mind freely too. spending his day drinking hours, pondering over you, will you just slap him in the face and let him know you want him and you don’t care? he hopes. but it’s wrong. “dad! y/n’s coming over to study today,” mark shouted running down the stairs to his father. “so don’t snatch her up and take her away for a movie date, we got an exam this monday.” he said nonchalantly, the mention of their little outing slipping oh too casually. “w-what?” he asked surprised. “yeah yeah, i know about your little date and hook up” “- we didn’t hook up.” johnny interrupted, “well whatever you were doing for her to end my phone call like that,” he goes to the fridge to grab some milk, “so...” johnny said, eager on his son’s say on this. “so..? do you want me to be mad, dad?” i was lying if i said johnny was chill now... “no!!!!” he shouted, which earns a couple laughs from mark. “hey, dad,” mark sits down infront of his father. “it’s okay, y/n probably likes you back so you can do whatever you want with her, except hurt her cause i’ll kill you.” he deadpans before letting him off with a laugh. “so she can be your new mom for all you care?” he asked, playfully of course, waiting for the “hell no” and “what the fuck dad?!” to come but... “i mean she bags and tells me what to do, she helps me with school, laundry and chicks so... i don’t see why not,”
Tumblr media
ding ding ding ding ding ding now what? hopping off the bean bag you were binge watching the office on, you head over to the door, not caring what you look like, just shut up to whoever had the audacity to spam a doorbell. “hello?!” you look up, “hey y/n,” johnny said with a small daisy in his hand.
“let me be your boyfriend,”
“what about mark?” you asked, staring at your feet wiggle in anticipation. hoping he’d tell you he doesn’t care and we could do whatever we wanted to. “funny you asked, he said for all he cares you could be his step mom.” you threw your head back laughing “he what?! no he didn’t....” the laughter dies down soon enough to get back to seriously listening in on what he has to say but did mark really not care? “your girlfriend huh?” you asked, raising a brow. he nodded. johnny proceeds to take the daisy and place it behind your ear, “you look like shit, but that is sexy as fuck.” he said, caressing your cheek before leaning in to place a peck on your lips.
Tumblr media
“i don’t get why you drove half an hour here to say that, when i was already coming over to study.” you tell your boyfriend, johnny, as your backs his mattress. it was seriously an eventful day, wasn’t it? “i thought i should be romantic,” he shrugged turning to his side to wrap his large arms around your waist pulling you in closer. “i like this...” he mumbled into your hair, slowly drifting off to sleep.
“are you falling asleep?! we need to leave in ten minutes!!” you shouted, attempting to free yourself from his hold but he was knocked out and not letting go any time soon. “i hate you.” “i think it’s the quiet opposite y/n dear,” he replied, burying himself in the blanket, bringing you with him. “now let’s take a quick nap, mark can wait,” you sigh in defeat, “okay fine... twenty minutes!”
Tumblr media
five months later, and you couldn’t believe having a relationship with your best friends dad was oddly working out perfectly. “johnny! fuck! baby your so good!” you whine as he penetrates into you against the wall. your legs wrapped around his waist as his cock rubs around your g-spot stimulating you into your third orgasm of that night. mark had recently gone travelling with jeno for fun so that meant you and johnny could’ve have your own fun in the empty house. “you can cum for me one more time can’t you?” he begged, placing you on the kitchen counter, kissing down your stomach. “answer me...” he sucks harhly on your clit. “yes! i can!!” you whined, squirming feeling johnny licking up your juicie; which sure as hell was mixed with his own cum, lapping his tongue around until you were shaking under his mouth and curling your toes to his mouth’s magic. “i’m- i’m cumming!!” you scream, releasing your juices onto the man’s face. “my favourite meal of the day.” he playfully joked before pinching your nipple. “tired?” he asked, as if he hadn’t been using you as a cum dump for hours. “mhm,” you reply opening your arms for him to carry you up, because “no way in hell am i walking up the stairs today after being railed by a monster cock.” you said snorting with a laugh. nonetheless, johnny swoops you up and gracefully carried you up and into his bed, “we can clean up tomorrow, let’s sleep now.” he said, feeling you wrap around him like a koala. “mmm goodnight... i love you,” you said in the crock of his neck, right below his ear before drifting off, “love you too,”

If I Could Never Give You Peace
(Javier Peña x Female Reader)
Tumblr media
Gif by @pedropcl [original gifset]
Summary: Two years after resigning from the DEA, Javi finds himself in Los Angeles, haunted by glares of gunshots and blood-stained hands. He’d succumbed to the idea that he’d never have peace — doesn’t deserve it after everything he did in Colombia. Then, she moves in next door and maybe, he thinks, things could be different. “I hope this doesn’t scare you,” she whispers, her fingers still tracing shapes over his head. “But I care about you, Javi, a lot. I think I could fall in love with you someday...” She exhales, a quiet, shaky sound. “I think I’ve already started.” Word Count: 4,357 A/N: A Reader-insert one-shot with a nameless female reader. No “Y/N” or "you," but the reader can be anyone. Inspired heavily by Taylor Swift’s “Peace.” How many TS references can you find? Lol. Tags: Fluff, Angst (with a happy ending), Mentions of death (but no one dies, I promise), Alcohol, Cigarettes
[Read on AO3]
The rain is always gonna come if you're standing with me... All these people think love’s for show, but I would die for you in secret... Would it be enough, if I could never give you peace? — Taylor Swift, Peace —
When Javier Peña handed in his DEA badge and gun two years ago, he knew he couldn’t stay in Texas. Not forever.
Texas held too many familiar faces, old friends calling him a hero when he felt like a villain. It held too many ties to an old version of himself he’d rather not remember… muddied images of him with a beautiful woman, an abandoned altar, and a shattered promise. No, he couldn’t stay. Not even for his father.
So, Javier Peña and the unwelcomed overcast of his nightmares found a one-bedroom apartment in sunny Los Angeles.
In time, he realized he needed the city: constant motion, endless traffic, and hoards of busy people who would never remember his face. He could blend in. He could be alone.
He could have a clean slate.
But each night, glares of gunshots flashed behind his eyelids and invisible bloodstains marred his calloused palms as if to remind him:
He could never have peace.
Then, she moved in next door.
The first time he saw her, he only caught a glimpse. She and her boyfriend, he assumed, held towering stacks of brown boxes in front of their faces — sweating as they lugged the dusty weight into the empty space.
For a moment, he considered offering some neighborly help but decided against it — When have you ever cared about being a good neighbor, Javi? — closing himself in his quiet apartment with a glass of whiskey.
The second time he saw her, she came knocking on his door the next night.
“Hi, neighbor,” she smiled brilliantly. And for a split second, he swore he felt something foreign flutter in his stomach, but dismissed it as the after-effects of spoiled dinner. “I just moved in next door and wanted to introduce myself.”
He could not take his eyes off her. His gaze stayed glued to a small bead of sweat trailing a slow path down from her hairline, where she’d pulled it back with a makeshift scarf-headband. The droplet slipped down her cheekbone, over a smudge of dust that had settled in from her moving boxes. It drifted down the curve of her jaw, dipping into the slope of her neck until finally hiding away below her tank top. And by some miracle, she only needed to repeat her name for him once before he came out of the trance.
“Sorry.” He gulped, removing the cigarette dangling from his lips. “Javier.”
He extended his hand and she met him halfway. Soft. So soft.
“Good to meet you, Javier.” She smiled again. Flutter. “I’m sure you’re busy. Just wanted to say hi. I’ll see you around.”
And just like that, she swiftly turned on her heel to walk the few steps back to her door, bare feet strutting off, flaunting her daisy dukes, and — God help him, he’s a man and she’s beautiful — he stared.
The nail in the coffin?
When she opened her door and gave him one last smile over her shoulder, she winked.
No, he could never have peace.
After that, he hardly ever sees her.
Part of him feels relieved, unduly wary of the strange flutter he’d feel just thinking of her name. The other part, the traitorously curious part, dreams of catching another glimpse of her glistening skin or a quarter note of her honeyed voice. He’ll never admit it out loud, but he finds himself often wondering if her boyfriend gets to enjoy her sun rays and melodies. Lucky bastard.
He blames his roaming thoughts on the fact that it’s… been a while.
This is what you wanted, he’d remind himself when he’d wake to an empty bed — a stark contrast to his time in Colombia. This is the way things should be.
Just when he starts to believe those words, he finds her crumpled on the floor in front of her apartment — the contents of her purse strewn across the hardwood beside her, palms pressed firmly against her eyes. One tiny sniffle and a tremble of her shoulders, and he melts into a puddle beneath her muddy sneakers.
“Hey,” he whispers tentatively, voice raspy with cigarette smoke.
She jolts at the sound, immediately wiping her face with her sleeves and plastering on a saccharine smile.
“Javier,” she tries to say, but her voice breaks on the vowels. “Sorry, I was just— rough day. And to top it off, I think I left my keys inside. I tried Jerry but no luck.”
“Jerry’s a shit landlord,” he sighs, earning a nod from her. He takes out an old, faded receipt from his pocket and kneels in front of her, finding a pen amongst her spilled belongings. “Try this number. He’s usually fast. Can get you back in your apartment tonight.”
He hands her the scribbled receipt and she takes it with a real smile, albeit small. “Thank you, Javier.”
He nods, a tiny dimple forming in one tanned cheek, before getting up to unlock his apartment. The door clicks but he stands there for a moment longer, listening to her waning sniffles as she throws her things back into her bag. His eyes screw shut tightly, a silent war waging behind his forehead, his fingertips feebly trying to rub it away.
He sighs long and heavy when he realizes which part of him has won.
“Would you... like to come inside my place while you wait?” He mutters, mainly to the floorboards. “I’ll put on a pot of coffee.”
“Okay.” Her smile is warm like the sun, despite the cloud of tears still glazed over her eyes. “But you don’t strike me as a cream and sugar kind of guy.”
“No,” he admits with an amused smirk. “But I’ve got some old whiskey, older milk, and a phone you can use, toll-free.”
“Thanks, Javier,” she sniffles. “Coffee sounds nice. But hold the booze and tainted milk.”
And that’s how she ends up in his apartment, sitting at his small dining table, slowly sipping from his coffee mug, using his landline to call the locksmith.
Maybe it’s the caffeine or the three (stolen) pink packets of sugar she found in her purse (“It’s not stealing. Diners offer dozens of them in cute little boxes, I mean practically gift-wrapped, and I modestly accepted three.”), but coffee gets her talking the way alcohol coaxes even the darkest secrets from iron-barred lips. She just broke up with her boyfriend. Or he broke up with her — found some younger, hotter-than-her aspiring actress in Hollywood and left her in the dust of the boxes she’d just unpacked.
“Sorry,” she whispers. “You’ve been so nice. Really, Neighbor of the Year,” she laughs, but he thinks it sounds off. He wants to hear the real thing. “And here I am, taking up your space, drinking your coffee, and dumping all my problems on the table. Tell me if I’m talking too much, Javier. I tend to—”
“Javi,” he says, furrowing his brows as if mildly stunned by the two syllables he just spoke. She looks confused. “You can... call me Javi, for short. And I don’t mind listening.”
“Javi,” she tests the name on her tongue, smiles. His stomach flutters. “A good name for a good guy.”
The argument dies on his tongue the minute he thinks it, even though she’s horribly, terribly wrong.
Sometimes you gotta do bad things to catch bad people.
If she knew...
“I should be out of your hair in 20 minutes anyway,” she says, breaking him out of his dark reverie. “Locksmith’s on his way.”
When she finally gets back into her own apartment, Javi jostles her doorknob, double-checks the lock, and knocks on wood for good measure.
“Find your keys?”
“Got ‘em!” She chirps, jingling her lost keys. “I’m gonna have to memorize that number.”
“I’m next door, too, if you ever need anything.”
“Me too. I can lend you some sugar for your sad-man, bitter coffee,” she jokes. “Thanks again, Javi.”
He sends her a tight-lipped smile and a short nod, a familiar weight settling in his chest as he turns back to his lonely apartment.
“Would you like to come in for dinner?” She asks, quiet and suddenly timid. “I’m no chef, but I’ve never made a spaghetti I couldn’t tolerate.”
He opens his mouth to refuse but she beats him to the punch. “It’s the least I can do after you helped me out. Please?”
And it’s the way she asks that gets him. The way “please” seems to fall from her lips like an unanswered prayer. He wonders, maybe she’s just as lonely as him.
So, he walks into her apartment, she smiles, and his stomach flips.
Months pass by with this new routine. He joins her for dinner at least once a week, if their schedules allow. If not at the local diner where she infamously loots sugar, it’s usually at her place. For one thing, although it’s usually pasta, she tends to have more appetizing (read: edible) groceries stocked up than him. But if he’s being honest, something about her apartment just feels more like… a home.
Framed smiles of her and her loved ones line the walls. With each visit, he finds himself studying a new one, imagining the story behind each snapshot. (He noticed after their first dinner, she’d thrown out the photos of her ex, replacing them with Polaroids of the city.) Piles of pillows stack up neatly on her couch, vibrant hues and patterns decorating the space. He adores the soft waves of music always floating around her space. She plays a different record each time, but somehow, each one compliments the sweet tones of her voice perfectly.
Her place feels brighter than his too, and he’s not sure if it’s the east-facing windows or if it’s just her.
Soon, he doesn’t need to decode the photos on the walls anymore. She tells him more than she’s told anyone before — about her hometown, her family, what she studied in college, her travels, her favorite books, her irrational fears, her dreams.
He tells her considerably less, especially when it comes to his time in Colombia.
For now, she doesn’t mind. She likes the way he watches her when she talks — brown eyes soft and warm, brows pinched together as he takes in each word, the ghost of a grin tugging at one corner of his lips when she gestures dramatically.
He realizes, one night after dinner, he comes home smiling now. And he thinks the nightmares have started dwindling, ever since that first dinner.
Maybe, he lets himself imagine. Things could be different.
He calls for you over and over, shouting until his throat burns and the echo of his frantic voice pounds in his ears.
“Where are you?” He screams.
The narrow hallway is dark, familiar and unfamiliar at the same time. He crushes his body into the hard wall, arms sliding roughly against cold brick as he tries to keep himself concealed. The gun in his hand feels icy and impossibly heavy, and his arms tremble as they lift the weapon higher, rounding the corner.
“Llegas tarde, Peña,” a deep, gravelly voice sneers. “You’re too late.”
“Tómame!” Javier yells. “Tómame en su lugar.”
“You would die for her?” The voice chuckles. “Llegas tarde.”
The voice’s shadow moves, revealing a smaller shadow crumpled on the floor — lifeless.
“Javier! Javier!” A distant voice chants, accusing him. Boom! Blaming him. Boom!
“Javier!” Boom!
The pounding sound wakes him up with a jolt, and his sweat-slicked chest rapidly rises and falls as he reaches for the gun inside his bedside table.
Slowly, Javier creeps to the front door where the loud pounding started. But when he peers into the peephole, he only finds her — looking as tired and distressed as he feels. A wave of relief floods through his overheated body.
She’s wrapped up in a blanket, a worried look wrinkling her forehead.
He puts his gun down in a drawer and lets her in.
“What time is it?” He asks.
“Almost 4 in the morning.”
“What’s wrong?” He demands, suddenly worried about why she’d be waking him this early.
“You tell me,” she says, frown lines still etched by her eyes — mirroring his own tired marks. “I heard you yelling. I was worried, Javi.”
“It was...” he starts, squinting as the images flash in his mind again. “Just a dream.”
It only takes one glance into his eyes for her to reach out to him, pulling him in by his neck until he nuzzles into hers.
He breathes her in, holds her like he’s not sure she’s real, like she might be gone tomorrow. “It was just a dream,” he echoes, but he’s not sure who he’s trying to convince.
“It was just a dream,” she repeats after him.
She pulls him by his hand toward his couch, sitting down before patting the space beside her. And just this once, he allows himself to let his head rest in her lap, lets her drape her fuzzy blanket over him, lets her soft fingers draw slow circles in his hair, lets her lull him to sleep with mumbled whispers he can’t quite make out, and lets her ward off the lurking darkness like a nightlight.
He’s asleep before he can hear the quiet secret that spills from her lips.
“I hope this doesn’t scare you,” she whispers, her fingers still tracing shapes over his head. “But I care about you, Javi, a lot. I think I could fall in love with you someday...” She exhales, a quiet, shaky sound. “I think I’ve already started.”
She comes over to his apartment more frequently after that. Whether to bring him dinner or just sit on his couch in comfortable silence, she doesn’t like to leave him alone.
And maybe, she’d rather not be alone either.
He doesn’t remember how she convinced him, but here he is... sitting at a crowded bar drinking water, watching his tipsy neighbor bouncing alone on the small dance floor.
Every so often, some cocky drunk comes up to put his hands on her waist and tries to dance with her, but she plasters on a faux smile and shakes her head at them, muttering something while nodding in Javier’s direction. Each time, they sulk away and he chuckles.
Finally, she bounces over to him, tugging at the sleeve of his leather jacket.
“Dance with me, Javi. Please,” she draws out the word, an octave higher than normal.
And despite himself, he follows her voice like a sailor enthralled by a siren’s song.
She puts her arms around his neck, swaying her body against his. And then she shouts over the music, “I’m so glad we’re friends.”
And the heart on his sleeve falls straight to the floor, clanging loudly in his ears like metal.
‘Friends’ is more than you deserve, he reminds himself.
But then she continues, resting her head against his chest, her index finger coming up to tap a tantalizingly slow beat over his collarbone. “Good friends,” she sighs, lifting her gaze until her chin digs into his heart, her lips just inches from his. “Really… good… friends.”
She’s kissing him before he can even process the feeling. And despite his better judgment, he lets her. She’s everything warm and soft and good, with just a hint of alcohol — and he’s what you get when you turn those words upside down, jumble the letters, and crumple the paper into a jagged ball. But he craves the way her curves somehow fit perfectly against his cold, shattered edges. And he knows he shouldn’t.
So, when he feels her tongue trace along the seam of his mouth, he gently pulls away, hands rubbing soothing circles on her shoulders.
“You’ve had too much to drink, cariño,” he says. “Let’s go home.”
“Okay,” she whispers, smiling with half-lidded eyes, drawing her finger across his mustache then below his ever-pouting lip.
She’s passed out in his car by the time they’re back home. When he unlocks her apartment door for her, she stays latched onto his arm as he turns to leave.
“Stay,” she whispers.
“I—”
“Please?” She asks, in that way he knows he can’t fight. “I don’t want to be alone.”
And just like that, the door closes behind him and he stays.
He finds her an oversized shirt to change into, helps her wipe the smudged mascara off her face, and holds her until the sun rises.
When she wakes, the space beside her is empty but warm and indented, the shape of his body lingering in the sheets. A full glass of water, ibuprofen, and the phantom taste of Javi’s lips are the only other traces of her really… good... friend.
He’s not avoiding her… per se. But it’s a long, lonely week later when he sees her again, on an uncharacteristically rainy Sunday outside their apartment building.
“I just got home,” she blurts after standing there dumbfounded for a good minute. She nods to the soaked brown paper bags in her arms. “Groceries. Uh, obviously. Were you...?”
“Forgot my umbrella,” he answers.
“Same,” she chuckles awkwardly, droplets hanging on her lashes and the ends of her hair, only partially covered by her hood. “Obviously.”
“Here, let me help you.” He takes the bags from her, keeping the door open with his foot as he waits for her to head inside.
“Thanks, Javi-er.”
He follows her upstairs silently, his wet, squeaking shoes punctuating each slow and heavy step.
“I can—”
“Let me just—”
They fumble and dance around each other in her doorway as he sets her bags in her apartment. And, as if to torture herself, she decides to stand under her door frame when he leaves to grab his umbrella, waiting the longest minute of her life for him with a forced smile.
He waves his umbrella at her after locking his door. “I’ll see you later.”
“Yeah.”
He nods and walks back down the stairs.
“Javier, wait.”
He pauses, his back still facing her, drenched shoes balanced on two different steps.
“Can we talk?” She hates the way her voice sounds when she asks, tinny and trembling. Clearing her throat, she clarifies, “About what happened... at the bar?”
He sighs, screwing his eyes shut tight and rubbing his forehead.
“There’s nothing to talk about,” he says, low and barely audible as the rain starts picking up outside. And he walks away.
She’s stunned still, watching as his figure shrinks with each step he takes away from her. He’s already out of the building by the time frustration fuels her feet to follow him into the rain.
“Like hell there’s nothing to talk about,” she yells over the downpour, hair quickly sticking flat to her face. “Javi, we kissed!”
“You were drunk,” he says, just loud enough for her to hear, still walking.
“I wasn’t drunk,” she argues to his back, remembering with perfect clarity exactly how his lips felt on hers. “Just a bit braver. Javi, stop! Look at me. Please.”
And like clockwork, he turns slowly but doesn’t move any closer.
So, she closes the distance to stand beside him under his umbrella, taking in his features without the obscurity of rain.
“What are you running from?” She wonders, reaching for his fidgeting hand. “I would never hurt you. I—”
The line between his brows looks deeper than usual, as if they’d been stuck in that pinched position for weeks. Shadows lay in rings beneath his eyes, accompanied by smaller lines that carry untold stories she hopes he’ll entrust her with someday. His mouth is parted just slightly, as if to say something he knows could change everything.
And it does.
“I have to go.”
Her hands are empty and wet when he leaves. And the rain buries his parting words into the pavement.
I don’t want to hurt you.
She doesn’t hear from him for two weeks. Doesn’t even catch a glimpse of him.
The rain sticks around longer than usual for Los Angeles, making her apartment feel cold and gloomy. But maybe, it’s just missing him as much as she is.
Then, while she’s folding her laundry one night, she hears his door rattle and practically bolts to her own. He’s there. Keys in hand, rolling luggage in the other, hair tousled like he’s been pulling at it with his fingers. He looks at her when she opens her door, just for a beat too long, before hiding away in his apartment.
She sighs, closing her door in defeat.
But just as she starts getting ready for bed, she hears two knocks at her door, heart beating rapidly as she slowly makes her way to open it.
“Hi, neighbor,” he greets her softly, and the sound of his voice after so long without it nearly brings her to tears.
“Where did you go?” She asks. But she really means, Why did you leave?
“Texas,” he says. “I... needed to see my dad.” But he really means, I was scared.
“Oh.”
“Can I...” he mutters. “Can I come in please?”
She hesitates for only a second before stepping aside and he looks around like he hasn’t seen the inside of her apartment hundreds of times already.
He stops near her bedroom, where a new picture hangs proudly: a goofy, blurry photo of him stashing three pink packets of sugar in his shirt pocket.
“It’s the only photo you’ve let me take of you,” she says quietly, standing next to him with a wistful smile on her face. “I miss our diner dates.” But she really means, I miss you.
He doesn’t respond, just silently walks to her couch and sits, fingers rubbing circles into his forehead.
Minutes roll by slowly as she watches him from the other side of the room, battling with some invisible hand covering his mouth, holding on until the end to keep the words locked up.
“I’m not a good man,” he whispers, so softly she almost doesn’t hear it. “I’ve done things I’m not proud of... back in Colombia. I’m not sure I’ll ever be ready to tell you. I think a part of me is still there, fighting some unwinnable war. Hell, even before Colombia, I—”
Muddied images of a beautiful woman, an abandoned altar, and a shattered promise flash in his mind.
“Fuck. I can’t shake it,” he says, looking up at her with red-rimmed eyes, waving the invisible iron shackles on his wrists to show her. “Any of it. The nightmares...” He recalls her shadowy body and a dark, menacing voice. “They’ve followed me for years. I—” he looks at her, eyes darting across her face. “I could never give you peace.”
His head hangs low and a wayward curl brushes against his forehead. Despite how much space he takes up on her couch, he looks so small, defeated —  the weight of his past crushing him into this tiny, torn, crumpled-up piece of paper covered in red-inked, scratched-out sentences.
“Javi,” she whispers, but he doesn’t meet her eyes. So, she crosses the room and kneels in front of him, her palms reaching for his cheeks and lifting his gaze to hers. “Javi, who said anything about peace?”
The wrinkles deepen between his brows as he studies her, tries to understand what she means in the cloudy orbs of her eyes.
“The past is the past. We’ve all done things we can’t speak of. And sometimes at night, we live it all again. God knows I’m far from perfect. But I know you’re a good man, Javi. I see you,” she tells him, stroking the curves of his cheekbones with her thumbs.
“I’m not—”
“Do you trust me?” She interrupts his argument. He stares at her, blinks, before nodding once.
“Then trust what I’m saying. You’re not perfect. But you’re good.”
His eyes close as soon as she sees water beginning to pool behind his lashes.
“I’m not asking for peace. As long as I get to be with you, it would be enough.”
And then his lips are crashing into hers, pulling her into his lap until he’s covered in her. The sound he makes when they touch is devastatingly beautiful, like she’s a balm soothing his freshest wounds and healing his oldest scars. It feels like his entire body has exhaled — lungs deflated, bones liquified, mind released from a decades-old straitjacket. If not for gravity, he could float from the way his stomach is fluttering. His shoulders lower and he sighs as if he’d been holding his breath for his entire life until this moment.
He’s drowning in her, submerged to the top of his head. But he can finally breathe.
“I’m sorry I ran,” he whispers into her skin. “I’m sorry I left, cariño,” he kisses just below her ear. “My dad said I was the biggest asshole on the planet for leaving. I’m sorry, baby. So sorry,” he licks the seam of her lips.
“Mi alma, you have no idea,” he sighs when she parts her lips for him. “How much I love you.”
And she captures the words on her tongue, kissing him with a ferocity that says, Yes, I do.
“Want to know a secret?” She gasps when his lips trail down her neck. Her voice is barely a whisper, as feather-light as her fingertip skating across his shoulder.
He hums, a soft, lazy smile stretching his lips wide, so wide.
“I don’t think it’s possible,” she says, staring into his deep brown eyes. “That I’ll ever love anyone more than I love you, Javi.”
Her finger stops, retracted to shield herself after such a heavy confession. His eyes blink slowly, head lifting off the couch cushion.
He doesn’t say a word. He only stares at her, the softest smile on his face — his edges blurring into gentle curves in front of her very eyes.
“You’re it for me,” she finalizes.
And then they’re crashing into each other again and again and again.
End Notes: Look, it’s been almost 10 years since I sat in a Spanish class and watching Narcos only restored 3% of my limited vocabulary. Here’s what I got from Google Translate: “Llegas tarde.” = You’re too late. “Tómame!/ Tómame en su lugar.” = Take me!/ Take me instead. “Cariño” = Darling, honey “Mi alma” = My soul P.S. Please let me know if I missed any tags/triggers!

The Mate of the Trickster
Tumblr media
Pairing: Gabriel x HalfDragon!Reader
Warnings/Notes: none really, kind of a Soulmate AU i guess
Summary: Following the events of 13x17, Gabriel, with the aid of Ketch, breaks free from Asmodeus’ hold. However, there is an even bigger problem he faces: his girlfriend, who thinks he’s dead.
It was kind of relieving for Gabriel; watching Asmodeus beat the crap out of someone else for a change.
Yet, it was also terrifying, to say the least.
Once Asmodeus had finished beating Ketch to a pulp, he monologued about them being the same, typical villain style, and how Ketch belonged to him before leaving the two men alone.
All Gabriel could do was hope that Asmodeus didn't return for a while and that, if he did, that he wasn't next to face the demon prince’s wrath.
Ketch was hunched against a pillar across from Gabriel's cell, pulling what remained of a bloody, broken tooth from his mouth. He leaned over to his left, moaning in pain and spitting out blood, he glanced up and saw Gabriel staring wide-eyed at him.
"What are you looking at?" He grumbled. "If I had half your power, I'd..." Ketch looked away in thought and then looked around. "In fact..." He said.
Ketch stood up and went straight to Gabriel's cage, causing Gabriel to shrink back away from the bars.
"I believe it's time to go." Ketch grasped the bottom part of the bars and lifted, opening the cell. He leaned down and looked at Gabriel. "Consider this a rescue." He turned around and went to the lockers that Asmodeus kept Gabriel's archangel blade and went back to Gabriel, who huddled further into the corner, whimpering.
"Come on, you. Come on!" Ketch beckoned Gabriel towards him, but got no compliance. Ketch, done with Gabriel’s attitude to the situation, then grabbed the archangel’s ankle and pulled him out of the cell, while Gabriel frantically resisted.
Ketch pulled Gabriel through the hallway and said, "This would all go so much faster if you just flapped your bloody wings."
They turned the corner and ran into a Demon, whom Ketch killed with the blade. He turned back to Gabriel, "Where were we?", grabbed his arm, pulling him along, Gabriel still struggled.
"Would you calm down?" Ketch snapped. "I'm taking you to somewhere safe. To the Winchesters. You remember them, right?"
Gabriel struggled some more.
"They're much different from when you saw them last, I assure you. Now that they've got that dragon-woman back with them."
Gabriel stopped struggling. She was with the Winchesters and, more importantly, still alive. Knowing that made him feel somewhat better.
Thoughts raced around his mind as Ketch pulled him along; was she alright? Did she remember him? Would she forgive him?
He met her back when he was pretending to be that university janitor. He knew she was his from the moment he laid eyes on her; her beautiful face, her hair, god her eyes. He fell in love then and there, but she wouldn’t give in without a fight.  He knew she knew what he was to her but her stubbornness had pulled her away from him, her love for the men she called family and what he had done to them made for a rocky relationship. But, all the tension and false hatred came to a stunning conclusion after a very complicated argument, which led to a night that would put Casa Erotica to shame.
For years, they hid their relationship from the two hunters she called 'the brothers she never wanted but was glad to have' and Heaven, seeing as an archangel and a human-dragon hybrid being together would upset a lot of people up there. And it did, immensely.
When the boys found out, shit hit the fan, but they had come to accept it with great difficulty, after seeing how happy he made her.
When he 'died', he knew it would kill her inside but everything he did was to protect her. She wasn't there that night, Gabriel and the Winchesters agreed on that.
She would be a great asset to have, but Lucifer could have used or hurt her and the three of them couldn't stand that. She meant too much to all of them.
As Ketch led them to the exit of Asmodeus’ stronghold, Gabriel could only hope and pray that she could forgive him.
•••••••
"Man, I can't believe you almost became an inter-dimensional booty-call, Dean." Y/N laughed as she and the Winchester brothers walked down the steps of the bunker.
Dean chuckled. "That's something I never thought would happen."
"Well." Sam said as they plopped their bags on the table. "We have the Seal. Right? So, all we need now is an archangel, and we're set."
Y/N frowned, sadly, her thoughts went back to Gabriel. How she missed him.
"Sure, that sounds easy." Dean grumbled.
Y/N looked over to the library and put her arms out in front of her, setting them ablaze.
Sam and Dean drew their guns at Ketch, who stood in the library entrance with his arms up in surrender. "Wait." Ketch said. "I come in peace."
"Yeah, right." Y/N growled.
"And I brought you a gift." He leaned down and from behind the wall, pulled Gabriel out into the open.
Y/N's  eyes widened and her flames extinguished. "Gabriel?" She asked, her voice cracked.
He looked at her with wide eyes.
She took a few long strides over to where Ketch placed Gabriel down onto a chair and placed her hand on his cheek, her full attention on the broken angel. "Gabe..." Her eyes watered. She leaned forward enough for him to place his head on her chest. Her mood shifted quickly as she glared up at Ketch. "What did you do to him?" She growled at him, her eyes glowing white.
Ketch flinched back in fear, he raised his arms up to shield himself. "Not me. Asmodeus. The Prince was holding him prisoner until I liberated the poor man. And I understand you may need an archangel for a spell, perhaps."
Sam and Dean looked at one another before they  lowered their guns slightly.
"Well, what luck." Ketch mused.
"We need his grace." Sam said.
That one word seemed to set Gabriel off. He started to panic and shake, shrieking out which was muffled by the stitches that sealed his mouth. Y/N held his shoulders and shushed him. "Gabe, Gabe. It's ok. Shh, shh."
When Gabriel had settled, Ketch pulled out a vial of grace from his pocket and then an archangel blade.
"Why would you..." Sam thought for a second. "What's the catch? What do you want?" He demanded, his voice dry.
"Protection. From Asmodeus."
"The one you're working for?" Y/N sneered at Ketch while holding Gabriel's head lightly against her chest, his chest still heaving with fear.
"Was working for?" Ketch replied. "But when he finds out that I stole his prize milk cow, well, I imagine that he'll hunt me to the ends of the Earth. So, this is the only safe place I know." He looked around the war room.
"What? Do you think you're just gonna move in?" Sam asked.
The corners of Ketch’s mouth perked up before falling back down. “Dibs on the top bunk?" Ketch jested.
"No." Sam said, while Dean replied with “Deal.”
"What?" Sam looked to Dean.
"Look, I don't know what the hell's going on here. But if this helps up get Mom back, helps us get Jack back, then... sure. Whatever you want." Dean threw his gun on the table.
••••••••
Y/N sat as still as she could while she tried to remove the stitches over Gabriel's mouth, apologizing everytime he whimpered and flinched. It killed her inside every time he flinched and whined.
When she finished, she set the knife down and ran her hands delicately over his cheeks, placing a kiss on his forehead, ignoring the dried and fresh blood.
"All right, let's do this." Dean walked in with a bag full of stuff and supplies for the spell, Sam following him closely.
"Well, shouldn't we wait?" Sam asked, unsure.
"Wait? Why?" Dean asked. "We got everything we need. Everything else is just burning daylight. Come on. Let's open this door."
Sam looked to Y/N and she looked back at him with a look of unsurity.
“All right." Sam grumbled. "I'll grab my gear."
"Uhhh...." Dean stopped Sam. "Hold on. I'm heading in alone."
Sam and Y/N looked to Dean with shocked faces.
"What?" Y/N asked.
"Look, we got a busted up archangel here. And who the hell knows what else? Okay? Somebody's gotta stay here just in case."
"And I'm coming with you." Ketch said, walking over to the group. "As I said, Asmodeus will be hunting me to the ends of the Earth, so it's better if I'm not on Earth."
"It's not much better over there." Y/N said. "You know it's a war zone, right?"
"Won't be my first, shan't be my last. Hmm?"
"Fine." Dean said.
"Fine?" Sam asked, offendedly. "So you want Ketch to go and not me?"
"I don't care if he dies. Hell, I'm kind of rootin' for it."
"Still, you can't--"
"No, I have to. It's something that's been over there before to open up the right door, so that's either you, me, or Y/N and I sure as hell know she's not going anywhere."
"Damn right, I'm not." Y/N said, as she held Gabriel close, his head nuzzled into her neck.
"So I'm gonna go." Dean said. "And if something happens to me, if -- if time runs out, then I need you two to come and save me and save Mom and save whoever else, okay?"
Sam argued, "It's safer if we go together."
"Oh, there's no such thing as safe over there. You know that. I know you don't like this, okay? I don't expect you to. This is the way it's gonna be."
Sam, reluctantly, agreed after a few minutes and started to conduct the spell. Dean put a piece of his hair in the concoction, Sam used the Seal they recieved and the portal opened. Dean and Ketch suited up and prepared to enter the vortex.
"Dean." Y/N called.
He turned to her.
"Good luck." She smiled warmly.
Dean smiled and nodded back and the two men entered the portal.
•••••••••
After Dean and Ketch left, Sam and Y/N moved Gabriel to Y/N's  room, where he could find comfort, and Sam left to grab some food.
Gabriel sat on their, well her, bed but now that he was back she assumed he’d stay there with her, his hands clasped with his knees pulled tight against his chest. Y/N sat across from him, staring at his worn-down face.
She wanted answers; why he left her, what happened to him, but her questions would not help the situation any further so she stayed silent.
With a low breathe, and the hope of getting some reaction out of him, she stood up and went towards the door, to find Sam, when Gabriel's hand sprung out and grabbed her wrist and he pulled her in, putting his arm around her midsection and holding her tight against his chest, his face pressed into her hair, pushing through to reach her neck.
She didn't move, it had been so long since she had even seen him, let alone touched him, so she savoured this moment before he let go and jolted to the corner of the room.
Y/N looked to him in confusion when she heard Sam and Cas' voices in the hall.
The door opened and the two men walked in.
"Cas." Y/N acknowledge the other man.
"Y/N." He greeted. He looked down to Gabriel, who was curled in the corner. "You didn't tell me it was this bad."
"Yeah, well, years of isolation and torture and Asmodeus draining his grace. Come here. Help me out." Sam walked slowly over to the dresser by the wall and placed the food tray on top of it, Cas walking slowly behind him.
"Hey, Gabriel." Sam said, softly and quietly. He placed a gentle hand on Gabriel's shoulder and within a second, Gabriel jolted.
The two men calmly and gently moved Gabriel back to the bed where he went back into his fetal position. Y/N shifted back, moving to sit beside where Cas stood, just far enough to not spook Gabriel but to also be of comfort.
Sam tried to remind Gabriel of the video he sent them but it didn't work, he remained silent.
The boys then tried to get Gabriel to take some of his old grace back but he fought against it, he pushed the two men away and bolted for the other corner of the room.
Y/N was heartbroken at the sight.
•••••••••••
Since Gabriel was in her room, Sam let Y/N use his room for some rest.
When she woke up, she went back to her room and found Gabriel sitting criss-cross on her bed with an empty vial while Sam and Cas stood in front of him. She once again felt a stronger pull than she felt when he arrived. She walked further into the room and he looked up to her, offering her a vague smile and his arms raised a bit. She smiled and sat down in front of him, he pulled her into his arms and held her close.
But something was off when he let out a brief little growl that only she had heard, but then she remembered that angels can get particularly territorial when it comes to soulmates, and she had been sleeping in Sam’s room. She let out a small giggle and kissed the crown of her angel’s head.
Then, Sam's phone buzzed and, within seconds, he answered, putting it on speaker.
"Hello?"
"Samuel." Asmodeus' voice said through the phone and Gabriel jumped back slightly, keeping a hand on Y/N, looking at Sam. "I hope you're having a pleasant day. It's come to my attention you boys have something that belongs to me and I'd like it back."
"I don't know what you're talking about." Sam said.
"Oh, I believe you do. And I'm-a give you one chance to return him to me. No harm, no foul."
"I'm hanging up." Sam said.
"Do not hang up on me. Gabriel is of no use to you in his current condition. Should you choose to resist me, I will have no choice but to take him by force."
Gabriel started to breathe heavy with fear.
"I will reduce you and that sad little bunker of yours to ashes. You got 10 minutes to decide. Now you can hang up."
The call ended with everyone on edge. Y/N looked back to Gabriel and placed a hand on his shoulder.
"He's not coming anywhere near here. I'll kill him first." She growled lowly, it was as though she was telling herself that. The only one to hear her was Gabriel, who shrunk closer to her.
••••••••••
Gabriel sat on the bed, rubbing his temples, while Y/N rubbed his back.
Sam came running back to the room after he left to touch up all the wards in the entire bunker. "All right, I did what I could to help the bunker's warding but who knows if it's enough. How's he?"
"I don't know." Cas mumbled and Y/N just shrugged her shoulders, doing her best to comfort the anxious angel.
Gabriel stopped rubbing his temples when the lights went out and the emergency lights and sirens went on.
Everyone looked around frantically and Sam and Cas ran off.
Y/N stood up and went to run when Gabriel caught her wrist with both of his hands, repeating 'no' over and over again. She looked back to see him shaking his head frantically. She leaned down, placed a gentle kiss on his lips, and said, "I'll be back." She pulled her hand out of his grasp and ran out the door.
She caught up with the boys, her hands ignited with a white flame while Sam had his gun and Cas with his angel blade.
They made their way, cautiously, to the war room when three Demons snuck up behind them.
Each one of them was preoccupied with a demon.
Y/N placed her hand on the Demon's stomach and a white flame engulfed it's body as it screamed in pain. She stood back and let the demon fall when she was forced back with Sam and Cas. She looked up and saw Asmodeus.
"You're warding wasn't designed for the likes of me, Samuel. I've come to claim what's mine."
That's when two demons entered carrying Gabriel.
Asmodeus walked up to Gabriel with a wicked smirk.
"Oh, I've missed you, boy." He said. "I'm-a have to punish you rather severely, I'm afraid."
Gabriel looked up in fear and struggled as the demons led him away.
"You stay away from him, you sick son of a bitch!”  Y/N growled, as she fought whatever power Asmodeus used to hold them to the wall.
"Y/N , stop!" Cas and Sam begged as she rose to her feet.
Asmodeus turned to her. “Ah, so this must be the Archangel's soulmate. The all powerful Dragon."
Her hands lit up with white fire. "I'm not letting you take him away from me." She snarled.
"Oh, I'm-a afraid I am, my dear. Maybe I'll take you with me. Give the angel a reason to comply while I keep a blade against your gut." He then grabbed her throat and lifted her in the air, her efforts with her magic unsuccessful.
Drowning out Sam and Cas' cries of protest, Asmodeus squeezed her neck tighter. "But, then-a-gain, it is best just to kill you now. You won't be a problem later on."
Y/N scratched at Asmodeus' arm, drawing blood from underneath the white cloth,  when she gasped out, "Gabriel."
That's when both Demons were flung off the balcony and Gabriel stood, clutching the railing.
Asmodeus looked to him in shock. "Gabriel! What are you doin', son? You know too well what I can do to you. I broke you!"
Gabriel looked up at Asmodeus with the look of a feral animal. A beaten, broken and angry feral animal.
He looked upon the man who tortured him for years now and what he sees is the horrible image of that man with his hands on his soulmate. Harming the one thing in their tiny little universe that belonged to him and him alone. That would be enough to drive a man insane.
Asmodeus was touching what was Gabriel's and now, he was going to kill him for it.
"You're too weak!" Gabriel stood tall, his injuries gone and the blood cleaned,  his wings spread out wide as sort of a way to assert his dominance.
Asmodeus dropped Y/N onto the ground and threw a ball of grace at Gabriel, which he deflected it with ease.
"Not anymore. Oh, by the way,"
Y/N looked up to Gabriel with a smile, years of unshed tears filling her eyes.
"I always hated that dumbass suit." Gabriel's eyes glowed and he pushed his hand out.
Asmodeus slowly became engulfed in flames and, while screaming in agony, quickly disappeared into a pile of nothing.
The three on the ground looked up to Gabriel and Y/N smiled. She placed her arms under her and started to lift when suddenly, she was lifted of the ground and into the arms on Gabriel. The familiar warmth of his body filling that large void in her heart.
"You're back." She whispered, tears streaming down her face. “You’re back.” She repeated, almost to try and convince herself that it was real.
"I'm back, baby, I'm ok." He whispered, holding her as close as he could.
•••••••••
"Whoa." Gabriel said, waving his hands quickly in front of his face. “Too much information. Okay, slow down. I'm not... processing." He sat on the edge of one of the pillars with Y/N at his feet.
"And there's more." Cas said. "Michael wants to come to this Earth and destroy it, and we may need your help to fight him."
"What?" Gabriel asked.
"Yeah." Sam said. "Welcome to the team."
"Uh... yeah. Not so much." Gabriel moved past Y/N to stand up. "I mean, thank you for the rescue and for the redemption arc. But, uh, I'm not really a team guy, so... I'm gonna bounce, okay? Um, but, you know, it's been, um... What's the opposite of fun? That."
"No, Gabriel, don't-- you-- you can't just walk away." Sam argued. "if Michael comes here, he will end this world."
"And the last time the world was ending, I put my money on you. I think you can pull it off again." Gabriel turned to leave.
"No." Castiel clenched his teeth. "You cannot turn your back on your father's creation."
Gabriel turned around and looked to Cas. "Castiel, my father turned his back on his creation. Guess it just runs in the family."
"Gabe?" Y/N's voice was soft and he looked at her, guilt swelling up at one look of her sad eyes. "Are you seriously leaving me again?"
He huffed and walked towards her. "No, never again. I'm not leaving."
Y/N  smiled.
He placed his hand on her shoulder, the other pushing a large piece of hair from her face. "Not without you."
And, before Sam and Cas could process what was happening, Gabriel took off, taking Y/N  with him.

obsession (part one)
prompt: “oh my god! he’s obsessed with you!”
warnings: horror, gore, obsessive weirdo, protective sam. nothing worse than what’s in the show, but still unsettling.
pairing: sam x reader
note: any message y/n sends is in ‘’. her other messages are not.
Tumblr media
“excuse me?” i clear my throat.
a tall man with smoldering eyes turns around and looks down at me. “hm?”
“this is so random, but could you give me a ride? i’m supposed to be meeting my boyfriend, and i’m really late, and my phone is dead, and i just-“
“sure. but, are you sure you should be getting in the car with a stranger.” he raises an eyebrow, questioning my sanity.
“i noticed the uber sticker on the back of your car.” i point out with a smile.
“y’know, i’m off the clock...” his voice trails off.
i clear my throat, “that’s fine. um, i was just wondering. have a nice day!”
i turn around and awkwardly shuffle awah as the thunder roars even louder. soon, the small mist coming down from the sky will turn into a heavy pour. sam is probably worried sick about me, and i just can’t do anything. there’s no pay phones or anything, and i don’t have is number memorized anyways.
“no!” he calls out to me as i turn around. “i mean, it’s okay, really. i don’t mind.”
the first thick raindrop splashes onto my head. “thank you so much! i can pay you once we’re at his apartment. i just-“
“it’s fine. i’ve been looking for my random act of kindness for the day anyways.” he shrugs, opening the passengers door for me.
i duck in, clutching the knife in my pocket just in case. i might be making a stupid decision by getting in the car with this random man, but it’s my only choice. i may as well being insane in a safe manner.
“how far?” he asks, starting the car.
“only a few minutes. it’s 327 park way.” i respond.
he takes a left. “if you don’t mind me asking, what were you doing out there all alone? it’s, like, 11 pm.”
“he was supposed to meet me at this coffee shop. we, uh-“ i make up a lie on the spot. “we have a lot of college work to do. then, he called and said he wasn’t feeling well and that we should just cancel.”
“so, he left you stranded out there?” he asks.
i shake my head vigorously. “no, i decided to go over to take care of him, and i said i’d be there in a few minutes. well, my phone died so i couldn’t call an uber, so i kept walking. i still had a mile or two to walk, and then i saw you.”
“maybe next time don’t walk in the first place. uber straight where you’re supposed to go, especially at night.” he advises.
“noted.” i laugh.
“if i had a girlfriend, i wouldn’t let her go walking at night alone, even if it was just across the street. this city is full of creeps.” his tone gets a little more serious.
“he normally wouldn’t. he’s just been sick lately.” i assure him. “i’m glad you’re just a normal person though, not a creep.”
“i dunno, i pour my milk before my cereal.” he jokes.
i snort. “you are a creep! you’re a self-aware creep!”
“it’s just better that way.” he throws his hands up in defense, before returning them to the wheel.
“you think cereal is better soggy? god, get me out of the car.” i fake vomit.
“what other reason do people put milk in their cereal?!” he chuckles.
“it’s a flavor enhancer.” i roll my eyes.
“that’s why i add it first.” he points out.
“disgusting.” i huff in a joking manner as he parks the car.
“is this it?” he asks.
i nod. “yep.”
“this is phil’s motels.” he raises an eyebrow.
i rub the back of my neck. “uh, yeah.”
“you said you needed a ride to your boyfriend’s apartment.” he catches on to the lie.
look, i lied a lot. sam’s not my boyfriend, but i told him that he was so that he’d know i was going to see a man, so he wouldn’t try to follow me in. this isn’t his apartment, it’s a shabby motel because we’re on a hunt.
“ummm...” i hesitate.
he laughs. “did you make me drive you here for some shady hookup?”
“no! my boyfriend and i are just traveling.” i lie.
“why didn’t you just saw so?” he tilts his head.
“because of you’re reaction to the motel!” i laugh and smack his arm. “i didn’t want you to think i was a prostitute or something!”
he stares at me for a second. “i never caught your name.”
“it’s y/n. y/n l/n.” i cheesily shake his hand.
“i’m bryan. say, why don’t you let me give you my number so that you know who to call next time you need a ride.” he offers.
i show him my phone. “dead.”
“well, you give me your number, and i’ll next you so you can save my contact when your phone is charged.” he suggests.
“okay, sure.” i grab his phone and type my number in. i hand it back to him. “you know, it’s raining really hard. why don’t you come in and let me make you a coffee while the rain settles?”
“i dunno. maybe your boyfriend wouldn’t-“
i interrupt. “oh, he’s harmless. seriously, let me return the favor.”
“okay, okay.” he agrees, taking his key out of the ignition.
i walk him up to the door, and pull my key from my pocket. i wiggle it into the cheap motel lock and finally get it open. when we get in, i slip my wet shoes and coat on. he keeps his on.
“sam?” i call out.
he comes rushing over from the side room. “holy shit, y/n! i was worried about you.”
“i’m okay, i’m sorry. i’ll explain later.” i frown.
“who are you?” he asks, looking at bryan.
“babe,” i emphasize, hoping he’ll catch on and play along. “this is bryan. he gave me a ride over so i offered him inside for a coffee.”
“um, alright. thanks for getting my girlfriend home safely, bryan.” he shakes his hand.
i walk over to the coffee pot, which is conveniently still hot, and pour some into a mug. he clears his throat.
“actually, um, i think i’ll go.” he says awkwardly.
i turn around and catch sam giving him the death glare. i place the mug on the counter. “are you sure? i promise he doesn’t bite.”
i nudge sam in the shoulder, and he shrugs me off. then, he wraps his arm around my waist, playing into the role. he changes his tone, “the storm is awfully bad out there, bryan.”
“no, um, it’s okay. i have somewhere to be. take care.” he rushes out the door.
i turn to sam. “you’re such an ass.”
“what?” he asks innocently, drinking from the fresh mug of coffee.
“you scared him off!” i laugh.
“he’s a creep, y/n. he was looking at you, and...” his voice trails off.
“and what?” i roll my eyes.
“it was creepy!” he finishes.
“he didn’t have bad intentions, never did. he knew, well, er, thought from the start that you were my boyfriend and still wanted to help me.” i inform him.
sam scoffs. “really? did he give you his number?”
“he tried. my phone is dead, that’s part of the reason i needed a ride.” i answer, shrugging.
“so, there was no number exchanging?” he raises an eyebrow.
“well-“
“y/n! you gave him your number?!” he throws his hands up exasperatedly.
“look, he was nice, okay? he helped me, and i’m still alive!” i argue.
“guys don’t normally kill girls that they’re in love with.” he raises his voice.
“he is not in love with me. we were in the car for 10 minutes tops.” i groan.
he pinches his nose. “i’m telling you, it’s a guy thing. we can just tell.”
“you can’t be in love with someone you don’t know.” i cross my arms.
“tell him that.” he answers smugly.
“you are so weird! he probably won’t even text me.” i tell him.
“plug your phone in. there’s probably already a text.” he hypothesizes.
i do as he says, plugging my phone in. it makes a minute to reboot, and we both sit in silence watching it. once it turns on, i connect to my data, and sure enough, there’s a text.
hey, it’s bryan. i sure hope you didn’t give me a fake number lol
i roll my eyes, “that doesn’t mean anything.”
“it means everything.” he testifies.
i throw my hands up. “you know what, who cares?! maybe he does like me. is there a problem with that?”
“no problem.” he answers quickly. “just super weird.”
i ignore him and text bryan back.
‘haha, no. this is my real number.’
he replies almost instantly.
good, good.
is your boyfriend mad?
i laugh.
‘he’s fine.’
i sit down the phone. “he’s not that weird, sam.”
————————————————
i shiver in my coat. my fingers twirl around the loose strings in my pockets. i really need a new coat, especially if sam and i are gonna keep working cases in chicago in the middle of winter.
i order my coffee at the counter, thanking the barista as i grab it. my small hands are instantly warmed up, and i take a much needed deep breath. i notice how i shake as i do so. is it from the nerves or the cold? i guess i’ll never know.
my phone buzzes in my pocket. it’s sam texting me. unknowingly, i smile and take a seat while texting him back.
everything okay?
‘everything’s great. i got coffee.’
iced?
‘i’m not a maniac. it’s like, 4 degrees out here.’
i sit my phone on the table and take another sip of my coffee.
stay warm, and please don’t get into random guys’ cars.
i roll my eyes and reply. ‘okay, dad’
just looking out for, that’s all.
what coffee shop are you at? i have a minute. i can meet you.
i pick my phone up to reply, but i get distracted by a tap on my shoulder. i turn around, and give my eyes a second to adjust to the person right behind me.
“bryan?” i ask.
“haha, yep. is this seat taken?” he asks, gesturing to the seat in front of me.
“um, no.” i shake my head.
my phone buzzes again. hello? did you fall off the face of the earth?
“you look super cold.” he points out.
i smile meekly. “can you blame me? it’s like, 4 degrees outside.”
“it’s in the 30s, nowhere near as cold as it normally gets.” he chuckles. “you must be from somewhere warm.”
did you get into a stranger’s car again? :/
“i’m not really from anywhere,” i explain. i pick up my phone.
‘haha, super funny.’
“i’m sorry, am i bothering you?” he tilts his head.
i shake my head. “sorry, no. my boyfriend is just blowing up my phone.”
“is he meeting you?” bryan asks.
“no, he’s busy doing stuff.” i respond.
seriously, where are you?
i begin responding, ‘joe’s cof’ but i’m interrupted again before i can send the message.
“stuff?” he raises an eyebrow.
y/n please answer your phone
“yeah, he’s a busy guy.” i smile and nod.
“too busy to meet his girlfriend for coffee?” he takes a slight dig at sam.
you’re worrying me
can you just answer
y/n what the hell answer the phone
“he was going to try. but, yeah, too busy at the moment.” i laugh his insult off.
“you should come back to my place with me! i’ve got the heat on. it’s just down the road.” he suggests.
my phone vibrates on the table. i pick it up and give bryan a sorry look. “that’s him.”
“oh.” he blinks.
“maybe another time. bye, bryan.” i wave and pick up my coffee, and then answer my phone. “hey, baby.”
“can you seriously not answer a text? i was worried about you.” he sounds frantic, but not mad.
i walk out the door of the coffee shop. “i’m sorry. that bryan guy from yesterday was talking to me.”
“talking as in, like, he was actually there?” sam asks.
“yes, he was. don’t start.” i warn him.
“i won’t. can you come to the address i texted you? it’s just a simple ghost case and it’ll be really good to teach you.” he questions.
“yes, i’ll be there.” i agree.
“please don’t ride with bryan.” he emphasizes the word with extra venom.
i scoff, “i won’t.”
79 christopher road.
i show up at the house, and sam is standing outside waiting for me. he smiles, probably because bryan is no where in sight and briefs me about the case. apparently, these people buried their daughter in the backyard, and now she’s haunting them. they went out of town, so its a simple salt and burn.
“now, sometimes when you burn these things, they try to stop you.” he tells me. “so, while i’m doing this, your job is to look out and protect me, okay?”
“right, got it.” i nod as he gives me an iron bar.
it’s already dug up. he coats the body in salt. i don’t watch. then, he drops a match and the body bursts up in flames. it smells very bad.
“sam!” i exclaim as i see an apparition.
“hit it!” he shouts.
i swing the iron rod and it goes fully through the ghost, causing her to disappear. the adrenaline is coursing through my body. i can hear my heart beating so fast that it might jump out of my chest.
“she’ll come back.” he warns.
i swing the rod again, causing her to disappear once more. “she’s angry.”
“we’re killing her. of course she’s angry.” he laughs.
sam just watches as she appears again. he trusts me, and knows what i’m capable of. he knows when he needs to step in, and when i can handle it. right now, he knows i’m able to handle it.
she appears for the third time. i groan and get ready to swing, but she stops mid ‘step’ and bursts into flames. i jump back and watch as she burns and evaporates.
“and, that’s it.” he smiles, high-giving me. “you did really well.”
“this isn’t really a celebration moment, but, just know, i’m excited.” i point out.
he snorts. “right. grab a shovel.”
after reburying the body and leaving the premise as if nothing happened, sam and i take his car back to the motel. my phone buzzes in the car.
did you get where you’re going safely?
‘yeah. i’m good.’
“who are you texting?” sam asks.
“bryan.”
“bryan sure texts you a lot for someone who thinks you have a boyfriend.” he scoffs.
“he’s friendly.” i dismiss him.
that’s good. i’m glad you’re safe.
“what’s he saying?” sam asks.
“wow. in my business, much?” i roll my eyes.
“you’re gonna tell me either way.” he laughs.
i cross my arms. “he was just making sure i got to you safely.”
“oh god!” sam exclaims. “he’s so obsessed with you!”
“he is not!”
“if a guy is making sure you’re safe all the time, it’s because he loves you.” he explains.
“you’re reading too much into it.” i counter.
“i just think it’s weird that he loves you, when to him, you have a boyfriend.” he pushes further.
“last time i checked, you aren’t my actual boyfriend.” i sigh exasperatedly. “so, unless you are, you can’t tell me who i can and can’t text.”
okay, maybe i do wish sam were my actual boyfriend. he’s a sweet guy, and definitely not unattractive. i like him a lot. but, it’s obviously not reciprocated.
‘thank you.’
———————————————
another case, same town, and the same coffee shop. it’s the same temperature, too, so i’m basically freezing down to my bones. i get the same coffee order and text sam.
‘do you think i’ll be able to help you today?’
‘or am i gonna have to be lonely again?’
sorry
this case is kinda extreme.
i’ll try to finish quickly so we can hang out.
‘yes please.’
“why, hey stranger.” someone calls out to me. i look up, and bryan is sitting in front of me.
“hey bryan.” i wave. “are you stalking me?”
he furrows his eyebrows. “this is a very common coffee shop.”
“i know, i-“
“i’m not some kind of weirdo, you know. i’m just a nice guy who offered you a ride and is trying to be friendly.” he defends himself. “i’m also a local here, so i’ve been getting coffee from here for a long time.”
“i’m sorry. i was joking.” i apologize awkwardly.
“oh.” he clears his throat.
“yea.” i nod.
“my bad. are you busy today?” he asks.
“uh, no, actually. my boyfriend’s busy all day so i’m kind of just.. alone.” i explain.
“come to my place!” he suggests.
i sigh, “ummm...”
“c’mon. i thought we already established i wasn’t some weirdo.” he jokes.
“fine, fine.” i laugh.
i hop into the familiar passenger seat. we listen to the radio on the way to his place. i sing along, which he finds funny. i catch him staring at me every now and then. he even missed a green light or two.
my hunter’s instincts go off. sam has trained me to be careful around these kinds of people. he’s obviously not a ghost. if he’s a werewolf, i’m not in any immediate danger because it’s not a full moon. so, maybe he’s a vampire and he’s luring me back to his house to kill me inconspicuously.
we walk into his house. it’s pretty nice. the hardwood floors are almost spotless, and the furniture shows no signs of any stains. i clutch the knife in my pocket.
“make yourself at home. we can watch a movie or something.” he suggests.
“um, yeah. of course.” i nod.
he looks puzzled. “are you nervous or something?”
“i-“
“y/n, we’ve already been over this. i’m not some psychopath that kills people.” he sighs.
“i know, i know.” i deflect. “i think i just had too much coffee.”
“jittery?” he asks.
“yeah.”
my heart beats way too fast. i feel like it’s going to burst out of my chest. it’s not the good type of adrenaline that i enjoy when i’m hunting. it’s not the helpful kind of adrenaline that has saved my life so many times. it’s adrenaline based off pure fear.
with my defeaning heartbeat echoing in my ears, i decide to bite the police. i slice my palm with the knife in my pocket and then bring it out. bryan turns around with a look of concern.
“i, uh, could i have a bandaid or something?” i ask.
“how did you cut your hand?” he asks, confused.
“i have a pocket knife in my pocket.” i half-lie. its not a pocket knife, but...
“you’re so clumsy. follow me.” he beckons.
i follow him into the bathroom. he opens the cabinet and hands me the biggest bandaid i’ve ever seen, with a slight smile on his face. i observe his smile. there’s no fangs in sight. he’s just a normal guy.
“thanks.” i smile back, bandaging myself up.
my phone rings and i pick up. “hello?”
“hey. my case is over. meet me back at the motel?” sam’s voice stings my ears. i miss him.
“of course! yea, i’ll be right there.” i smile.
“okay, bye. stay safe.” i can hear the smile in his voice.
i hang up the phone and turn toward bryan. “i’m sorry to cut this short, i-“
“ditching me to go hang out with your boyfriend again, huh?” he asks bitterly.
“uh, yea. sorry.” i offer him a faux smile.
“at least let me drive you back,” he offers. he grabs his keys off the counter and jingles them.
“actually, i think i’ll just get a cab. thanks for the offer.” i wave at him and grab my coat from the front door.
i feel uneasy. i walk down the street as fast as i can without looking suspicious. now, i realize the severity of the situation. he might not be a creep, but if he is, i am very much in danger.
he has my phone number; he knows where i’m sleeping; he knows i’m alone most of the day; he knows everything and i’ve known him for two days.
but, that’s not anything to worry about. bryan is just a normal guy, right?
right?

Title: The One and Only
Notes:
This is set after the Allegiant BOOK. So, SPOILER WARNING, Peter has used the memory serum.
I love this boy. And his lack of fanfiction is a PROBLEM.
Plot: For whatever reason, you were in love with Peter, and he was with you. But... now he’s gone. And you have to try and forget. Which is hard to do when he’s still around.
Finally, he wants to remember again.
Warnings: There is SMUT. Its indicated where though, so you can skip it if you like ^^ But there is a bit of plot in the middle. Also, swearing.
~~~
“Hey, Y/N!” Without my permission, my heart does a little jump, but it’s not for the person who said hey to me. Sighing, I take my hands from my laptop and straighten my back, turning to smile at Peter as he comes over to me and takes a seat on the bench right by me. I’m sitting sideways on it so my laptop can be set on it as well, so now I’m facing him without turning and trying to notice how differently he sits down, to how he used to. It’s like he completely started over, which he kind of did. His whole life, “Wiped away by chemistry,”. Including the way he walked, talked, and everyone who loved him. Well, person.
Me.
Which was a total dick move on his part, which was the last completely in-character thing that he did.
But, I can’t be mad at this boy in front of me, even if he looks miraculously similar to the dick in question. From his shiny hair to the tips of his greedy fingers. “Hi, Peter, what’s up?”
“Just finished another recall lesson. Still nothing,” He shrugs, uncaring. I already told him that this is what he wanted by taking the serum, to forget everything. So, he doesn’t really try in these lessons that he’s forced to attend, by government law. He believed me right away, weirdly. And has been acting so aloof about it since like somehow, he understands, which of course he can’t. Because he doesn’t know anything about himself or what he did to cause his old self to want to erase his memory! The whole thing, his whole response to this life changing event is aloof, and its infuriating. It’s the main thing that hasn’t changed at all about him, along with his appearance and his firm aversion to sprouts. He’s still really, really annoying.
“You know, I’m glad you’re respecting his wishes to not remember, but maybe you should try and remember some things. I mean, the techniques are working for some of the others, right? You said, uh… Katie, remembered something? Her choosing ceremony?” I watch, expression changing from thoughtful to deadpanned as he takes my can of coke and swigs from it like he spent 3 dollars on it. Once he’s done, I snatch it away from him and set him with a glare as I put it down on the other side of the bench, away from him. It causes a mischievous grin to pop onto his face and a laugh, and I try to forget the other times he’s made that face at me before he took the serum. Because that Peter’s dead, and I need to let him go like Four’s letting go of Tris. It’s not fair to this Peter.
In response to what I said, he just shrugs his shoulders again and look away to across the park- where Caleb is taking some photos. We drove here together, him and me. In fact, we’ve been doing a lot together. As two of the only ones from the original group who knows everything that happened, we have a connection. Peter’s next words rip my attention from Caleb though and makes me want to blurt out no, immediately. “Nah, I mean old me wanted this for a reason, right? I mean, I do kinda wanna know why he wanted this, but I figure he was some kind of depressed loser with self-esteem issues. That’s good enough for me, to keep going like this. Don’t wanna be that.”
Words have escaped me. I guess, I figured he thought something like that the whole time, but… hearing it out loud, in such a certain tone, hurts. My heart fights for me to tell him he’s wrong, at the very least, but my brain tells me to let him go on. Don’t interfere. He told you, before he took the serum, to let him go. Still be friends but let go.
He was being unfair, but that’s nothing new is it? The asshole.
I press my lips together after I get over the shock and horror and kiss my teeth. Deciding this has been enough ‘friendship’ for today, I quickly save my work and shut down my laptop, closing it. “Yeah, um, Peter. I gotta go. Caleb! Caleb, are you done? I’m having an Old Peter moment, so we have to go now.”
It’s not exactly a code, but it is what he or I say when we’ve had enough of new Peter or we’re remembering too much and need to get away. We use it for Tris, too. Even though she really isn’t here anymore. Caleb immediately starts putting his camera in its bag and walking over, without a word.
Peter himself looks unruffled by it, having come to accept it easily that I won’t always be able to handle this. He isn’t exactly cold about it… in fact, he’s understanding. Nearly nice. It makes me feel even sicker. “Oh, by all means, go. I’m gonna stick around a while, see you guys later.”
Caleb nods to Peter, reaching us and turning to me. “See you, Peter. Y/N? Are you oka- Oh,”I pick up his wrist and start dragging him to the car. As soon as I’m in the front seat and I’m buckle din, I look back over to the bench Peter’s sitting at, and catch him watching me. Trying not to scowl at him, I turn back to the steering wheel and turn the ignition. “It’s never going to get easier, is it?” Caleb asks from the passenger seat after a while, looking up from his camera on which he was flicking through the pictures he took.
I shake my head, immediately, heart still clenched in annoyance and ageing heartache. I risk a glance at him, chewing the inside of my cheek. “Nope, don’t think so.”
With that, there isn’t else to say, so we just hold hands. Tightly.
~~~
At dinner later in the community dining hall, I sit with Four and listen to him talk about work for a while. It’s a little awkward, and a lot strange seeing as we don’t talk at all, most days. Not since Tris died, but we’ve never acknowledged that and it’s been months. We were never close in the first place, but once you’ve fought a revolution with someone, you become attached. He’s a staple in my life just as much as I am his, and that’s why our relationship is so strange.
Nodding in agreement to something he said about how ridiculous milk prices are at the moment and how frustrating that is as I skewer a piece of broccoli and place it in my mouth. I don’t foresee Four’s and my relationship ever changing, seeing as we’re so different and have very little common and I don’t particular want to be best friends with him -acquaintances with a non-personal past is nice. Comfortable, without any expectations but still the understanding that we’re here for each other. I like it, - so there isn’t much in thinking about how strange it feels, I just thought I would mention it once to myself. “Also, the toilet paper, you seen that??”
He groans, in response, causing a bubbling laugh to travel up my throat from my chest. “It’s killing me.”
“Killing you! I have a lower paying job then you, I’m gonna have to start using the cardboard rolls soon!” He shakes his head, the tiniest grin on his lips as he looks back down at his food. I feel triumphant. “It won’t be good!!”
“Oh, jeez… “
“Hey, we’re gonna have to rig Secret Santa so you can buy me some, okay?” I point my fork at him conspiratorially. “I’ll get you milk.” He chuckles this time, making me smile.
For the rest of dinner, we continue like that. Talking about our shared financial issues and even switching over to Caleb at one point and how he’s sitting so pretty on his high paying job and his stockpiled toilet paper. God damn Brainiac’s…
It’s a good distraction from Peter, a few tables away.
~~~
When I finally get home, after hanging with some other friends after dinner just outside the community centre, goofing around I nearly suffer cardiac arrest as soon as I walk through the door.
Peter is not usually a menacing presence. But when he’s sitting in my dark apartment in the middle of the night and I had no idea he would be there, that fact changes! I don’t let myself scream, though. I hold my breath until the urge disappears.
After a moment, I let out the breath deeply and turn fully to him, dropping my scarf and keys on the hallway table before moving further into my home, past him. “Peter… “I growl, annoyed at him instantly. I don’t catch the mischievous smirk he sends my back, but I do feel it. “What the bleeding hell?!”
“Sorry if I scared you.”
“Oh, you are not.”
“True.” His cheeky tone puts my senses on high alert. Both because a cheeky Peter has always and will always be something to worry about, and because it used to turn me on. Still kinda doe, but that’s not something I’m about to admit to this version of him. We haven’t established that kind of relationship, nor will we ever. Sighing as my heartbeat slows down to its normal speed, I check the battery level on my pheon before putting it on charge. Then, finally, I sit down at the kitchen table across from Peter and settle into figuring out why the hell he’s here. And… also… how he got in??? The door was locked??? “Key was under the mat, Y/N. You should probably find a more secure hiding spot. Or at least more creative, jeez.”
“… okay… “I roll my eyes. He has a point. “So, Peter, uh… why are you here?”
“Well, I… “I watch while he suddenly droops in confidence and draws something on the table with his finger. These moments are really weird for me. Peter was always so confident before, even when he shouldn’t have been. Its cute, but so, so weird. He draws the thing, whatever it is, then looks around the room, making me remember that he’s never been in here before. An attempt made by me to keep him at a distance, which I guess now has been turned to shit. His shy moment ends, and one corner of his mouth perks up in a half smirk. “I like your place, could get used to it here. I wonder… why haven’t you ever brought me here before?”
“To keep you at a distance.” I say, bluntly. Theirs a slight shift behind his eyes at it, making his mouth turn down a bit in a tiny scowl and his green eyes look cold.
“Has Four been here?”
“Uh… yeah.” I don’t know why I should lie, or why he would look so serious about it. Before the serum, this was his murderous face, but I’m assuming it must be something different now. New Peter doesn’t have an evil bone in his body. “He has, but not for long. He just came to help me move in, hasn’t been back since though… why? Uh, you know what, I don’t care. Why are you here?”
His serious face intensifies. “I saw you with him tonight, and it brought back some feelings. So, I have a question.”
Making a confused, and slightly frustrated face, I shrug. “What kinda feelings?”
“Jealously.” Oh, he’s playing blunt too.
That does make me think, though. Whether this is unwanted memories coming back, or just a glimmer, a shadow of the old Peter coming back for a second. Because, yes, this is exactly something that he would feel before the serum. Any time I was with another guy, especially Four due to his particular dislike of the tattooed, ex Dauntless, he would get so jealous. Usually, it ended with that guy receiving some kind of punishment or dirty look, and me getting Peter attached to me for the rest of the day. Now, though, I should just tell him to ignore it.
But… “So, what’s your question?” I can’t pass up the chance he’ll become a little more the Peter I love. Even though I shouldn’t.
He looks dangerously focused into my eyes, which is also very Old Peter-like. “Were we a couple, before?”
Ahhhh, whoops. I don’t know what I thought he was going to ask, but for some reason this didn’t occur to me. If I tell him the truth, he might remember more then he should. Not to mention the fact that it’ll ruin whatever relationship we have now. And if I tell him a lie, he’ll know. “Umm, well… uh, yeah.”
I hold my breath, as soon as the last word escapes my lips. Have I ruined it? Will he remember, and hate me? He’s silent for just a moment, not giving me enough to time to think of a plan if he does remember, before he leans back in his chair, muscles relaxing.
“Well, that’s news.” Well, that’s not the reaction I expected or one I wanted! At least be sensitive to my situation, Peter! He looks away from me and to the side of the room, and I watch. How will he take this? Will he leave? “Thought I felt something. No wonder I wanted to be with you so bad.”
“Hm, and I thought the new you was just annoying.” I get up from the table and head for the door. “Well, you better go, before you remember anything else,”
“Well, I kinda want to now.”
Don’t be serious, don’t be serious, don’t be serious…
“No, you don’t.” You didn’t want to remember before, you’ll hate yourself even more if you miss out on your one chance to change yourself easily. You’re already doing so well! Don’t do this to yourself, please. “Just trust me, telling you that you don’t want that.”
He looks at me again, and his green eyes change again. He gets up from his seat and comes over to me, a little too close. Oh, no. he doesn’t think just because I was with the other him that he’ll get any action, does he? The jerk. I look up at his face, craning my neck since he’s so close, and feel my heart plunge to my feet. He’s made up his mind, he wants to know. I shake my head at him, he smirks. “Come on, Y/N. Haven’t you missed me?”
I groan, and push him away. “Nooo… I mean, yes. But you’re not him. And I won’t take away your chance, to- “He brings me back to him his familiar hands on my hips. It’s like trying a drug that I long gave up… but still feels so good. Stubbornly though, I pick his hands off of me. I have to try to avoid his eyes. “Peter, go home.”
“No.” The resolve and the determination in his voice shocks me and I look up quickly at his face. He would’ve never refused to leave me alone like that earlier today. Already, his old self is coming… oh no. Groaning again, I turn to open the door and force him out. This is not good. We were doing so well! We were nearing our 6-month mark! It was going to work! And now… now… well, it can still work! It will. I just need to get him out of her- His hands are on me again, oh no. That feels good.
“Y/N… “He tightens his grip on my waist nearly painfully, so familiar and demanding me to give in and enjoy it. You know, before the morning comes and he remembers everything and shuns me. But I wont give up, and I put my hands on his again to try and peel them off, before his breath hits the side of my neck and his voice, dark and with that ever-joking way about it, causing me to pause. The asshole tone. “I want to remember, now. And you’re my ticket. Plus… you’re mine, right? I have some punishment to implement for talking to Four. For some reason that really pissed me off.”
My body’s ahead of my mine, in this. Already leaning back and feeling the warmth of his chest against my back while my mouth still talks about him leaving. “You’ll regret this.”
“Hell I will, now come on.” I turn around to face him, causing him to flash me a bright, Peter smile before he much too soon since I wasn’t really expecting him to ever do this again, kisses me, and it feels so good my resolve melts away. Of course, its still hanging around back there in the back of my heart, but now all the time I wasn’t touching him, wasn’t thinking about him this way has taken over. Not to mention pure, dumb, human sex drive.
SMUT FROM HERE ON
Kissing is nice for a couple minutes, at least. Everywhere his body touches mine, from our chests to our lips and our tongues to my arms over his broad shoulders and his hands holding my hips against his feels solid and exciting. The way he kisses me can only be described as being carnal. Purely animalistic, wanting to taste, and the way I’m kissing back isn’t different at all. I can’t help sucking gently on his tongue when his lips part, causing a lascivious groan to come from him.
In fact, in response, one of his hands comes up to cup the back of my neck and hold my head in place so he take control of the kiss entirely, the other arm hooking around my lower back and compressing me against him. I don’t know if it was his goal, but now I can feel clearly the wicked, familiarly full way of his pants when he’s turned on. Which he is, right now. Truly.
It makes me think for how long he’s been waiting for this, if he’s gotten so stiff so quickly. I can’t say though that I’m in much a different situation. My keenness for him is so that my core is dripping in wait, wanting to be filled by him. Impatient, I break the kiss and nearly give in to it again when his lips nearly follow me but stay strong. “Peter… “Oh god, oxygen. Breath, need it. He’s so hot. His hair’s a mess of brown surrounding his head, scar on his neck is calling out to be sucked on, and his eyes are beautiful. Green, and mesmerising, and tempting as ever. Giving in feels a lot like freedom.
“Yeah?” The word comes out as a breath, quiet with just a hint of his voice peaking around.
I trace my hands down from his shoulders to the rest of him, enjoying the feel. “Sit down, I can’t ride you standing up.”
“Oh, right.” Once he’s sitting down, I can clearly see his erection straining defiantly against his pants before he takes them off, his underwear going to the same place on the floor. I want to sit on it so badly, my legs shaking uncontrollably with arousal as I get rid of my own lower garments. When he sees my shining, wet pussy, he embarrassingly zeroes right in on it, an unstable smirk on his lips. Good, then. I like it when he’s unstable. Never know what he’s going to do to me. “C’mere, baby.” Tentatively, hoping I don’t trip on the way because that would be embarrassing as hell, I do as he says. As soon as I get a foot from him, he gets off the chair and kneels in front of me. Oh, god, if he starts anything here my legs won’t keep me up. “Hmmm, I think I remember you wetter,” I struggle to breath for a moment when he, without warning or even looking up at me, swipes a finger up between the slit of my lips. My hands snatch his shoulders, so I can stay up and I open my legs more, ready. “I think I missed this. Can you tell? My fucking cock feels like its going to snap off if I don’t get to have you.” He glances up at me for a second, then does a double take and looks back at my face again, focusing on it. I wonder what’s going through his head. The old Peter would have told me right away, just to see me go red and squirm. He is becoming that one, slowly, but still this Peter just grins devilishly at me, hooks his hands around the back of my knees and nudges me towards him some more. My body moves on its own, reacting to his hands and shuffle forward.
Then, looking into my eyes, he does something that puts me in the palm of his hands. He licks a long stripe, as if I’m an icy pole, deeply through my lips. It makes me rigid, and moan out in bliss, my eyes falling shut. Not one to be dormant though I really want to, to just let him do whatever he wants to me, I take my right hand and entangle my fingers through his soft, hickory hair and grip his shoulder with the other, swinging my leg over his right shoulder before opening my eyes and peering down at him again. He looks surprised, in awe. I feel freaken powerful. “You… you just going to stare at me Peter, or finish what you started.”
Its not a question, it’s a demand. He needs to do that again.
“Yes, Ma’am.” He flashes me another Peter smile, then gets to work. And man, did my move make a difference. It felt good before, but now I really do think I might lose in my legs, especially since I’m only one! And, god, he looks good eating me out. Like he’s kissing me, taking generous gulps every time his tongue scoops some more of my essence, getting deeper with every plunge until I’m trying desperately to distract myself by playing with his hair. Simultaneously though I’m pressing my heat into his mouth.
In the end, it’s the sucking that pushes me over the edge. Just as I’m getting used to the pleasure, he abruptly puts his mouth over my cunt and sucks, causing shock to rush through me and my eyes to widen. ‘Peter!” I gasp, tightening my grip on his hair, as cum explodes from my core. He doesn’t drink it, just leans back on his heels and watches it drip down my thighs in satisfaction. After a moment, he looks like he’s in a trance as he watches, and I reel from the extreme pleasure.
“It’s going to feel so fucking good in there. I missed this.”
“How can you miss something you don’t remember.”
“I remember Capture the Flag,” He says it off-hand, before either of us can realise that he shouldn’t remember that. I remember. Eric had picked him second for his team and me last because it was either me, or Christina and they didn’t have a good track record with her. I found Peter shortly after he got ‘shot’ with those neuro stim guns, and we stuck around that old carnival after everyone else left. He created a really dumb one liner, entailing that it’d make him feel better if I kissed his wounds. We didn’t get back until the early hours of the morning, getting probably near 2 and half hours of sleep. But he shouldn’t remember that.
My eyes snap down to him and hop down on my knees with him, looking into his eyes. Of course, I can’t tell just by looking at his eyeballs if he’s back, but maybe if I stare hard enough, he’ll tell me. After a moment, he just shrugs a little a smiles, blankly back at me. Then leans across and gives me a deep kiss. He pulls back and grins. “You’re the ticket, sweetheart. I knew it.”
Sighing, having let my hopes raise just then that he would be back, and wrap my arms over his shoulders and play more, softly with his hair. Looking at his lips, then his eyes. “Then maybe you should hurry up and take it.” I lower my voice, my heart bleeding to tell the secret I haven’t dares to utter to anyone, since Peter disappeared. “I want you back. I miss you.”
“I want to be back.” He leans towards me, curling an arm around my back so he can carefully lay me back on the floor. “Hey, when he’s back. Tell him for me that he owes you something big, for putting you through this.”
“Peter, are you making a dirty joke to me right now?” I giggle, looking at the ceiling now as he ready’s himself. He laughs, too.
“No, I actually didn’t hear that until you mentioned it. Really.”
“Really,” I roll my eyes, disbelieving.
“Absolutely Y/N! Now, let me concentrate.” That brings me back to the present. I realise I’m still dripping with cum from before, and when I look up at him above me ready to power into me fully, I realise I still fucking want him. He’s so tall, and strong, and I intend to give him a hickey on that neck scar if it is the last thing I do tonight.
Hooking my legs up and around his waist, I meet him in the middle for the first delicious thrust. I watch curiously, his face as it changes from mischievous to delighted, in an enticingly smutty way. That makes me grin, but then the pleasure hits me and a surprisingly, nearly embarrassingly amorous moan comes from me, as his cock powers through me, rubbing against my inner walls like static. In reaction the pleasure, I arch up into him, and pull him by the hair down to my mouth, pressing a slow, careful kiss to his lips first before moving on to that neck scar.
While he pounds into me, he also feels my ministrations on his neck. I lightly trace the tip of my tongue up the long line, then kiss the middle and start nibbling and sucking there to my liking, taking my time to enjoy it. And I know he does, too, because he mumbled a very sexy, guttural curse at one particular lick. It sent trickles of pleasure all the way down to my core.
This ecstasy goes on for who knows how long, I certainly wasn’t watching the time, before he lets himself go and I watch through half lidded eyes as he comes apart inside me, the stuff leaking out from around his dick and dripping out of me in warm spurts. I gives one last, hard thrust and I come along with him, a sigh escaping me and a sentence of curses from him. Carefully, he disconnects himself from me, and I get up and help him to his feet, beyond sleepy now. “… okay. That was nice, now… sleep?” I giggle, at the understatement and at his cute weary look.
“Show the way,”
“Yes sir, come on.” I lead him by the hand to my bedroom. Quickly we clean ourselves up, and then we hop in and the bed is so, extremely comfy after the floor. “Can’t believe we did that on the floor when this was here… “I mumble, tiredly.
“Wouldn’t be the weirdest place.” He pulls me toward him and I entangle our legs, almost subconiously. I’m so tired I don't pick up on that hint.
Snorting, I shake my head as I start to fall asleep. “No, guess not… “
~~~
In the morning, I wake up to peter already awake. He hasn’t moved much, just… you know, rested his head on his fist and is watching me sleep.
I squint and push my head back further into my pillow and away from him suspiciously. “ Goodmorning.”
He flashes a wicked grin. Wide smile and dull eyes, like he wants you to think he knows something you don’t. Or worse, he does. Very Peter-like. “Morning, beautiful.”
Even more suspiciously, I try to figure out first on my own what’s up, because something surely is. All I remember is what we did last night, and shame washes over me. Oh, lord… it’s too early for this. “What?”
“Told you, you were the ticket- “That makes me gasp, and sit up immediately, hitting my forehead on his and causing pain that I ignore. He rubs his forehead, but doesn’t seem mad. Just cheeky, and a little evil. “Christ, Y/N, I guess the honeymoons over, huh??”
I clench the sheets under my fists and chew on my bottom lip. “You’re… back?”
He just gives me a look, like ‘Well, obviously’.
No, no. I need a real answer. Does he realise what he’s put me through?? Probably. He is a jerk after all. “Peter?”
“The one and only.”

New Beginnings Ch. 11
Timothy Thatcher x OC
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: none
Tim looked outside as he watched them drive off and rubbed his face and leaned against the wall and watched them all walk towards him. “I know, I know”
“Do you though ? Do you ?” Candice spat out “What in the absolute fuck were you thinking ? What happened ?”
“I just...I couldn’t handle the alcohol, it hit me all at once and then next thing I knew whats her face shoved her tongue down my throat and then...I was the one who initiated it” he admitted quietly “I was the one who took her to the bathroom to…to do that” Tim said not even being able to say the words
“What the fuck is wrong with you ?!” Oney demanded
Tim shook his head as he debated throwing himself in front of a moving car to end his never ending misery “Guys, Candice please”  “No, answer us” Johnny said sternly “Before we all take turns beating the absolute shit out of you, granted Maya clearly did a great job as we can tell by your slight limp and broken bruised nose you shit head !”
 “Guys !” Tim exclaimed frustrated as he threw his hands down
“So you see her having a good time with us and Marcel so you decide to fuck someone in a bathroom at her own party when you claimed you were heartbroken and wanted her for yourself ? Instead of being a man and pulling her aside you do that ? To Maya, the legit most nicest and genuine person ?” Oney asks
“Oney….” “No I wanna know, I wanna know what it the absolute fuck went through your head when you decided to pull that shit ?” he repeated “This is a girl who liked you, spent 6 months sad over you while you couldn’t even answer a simple text message or call, you acted like a little bitch for 6 months moaning and complaining when you had absolutely no right to. She reached out, she called, left voicemails and sent text messages to you every fucking day for a month straight and you chose not to respond yet you get pissy because you see her enjoy herself with Marcel and all of us, you get jealous seeing her have fun. You’re bitter” he finally says “You’re nothing but a bitter child stuck inside a 38 year old man's body and you don’t deserve Maya. You don’t deserve her kindness nor her love and care because despite her being all lovey with Marcel tonight everyone here can see she wanted you, she craves you and that’s really fucking sad. But I think it’s time we don’t let that happen, it’s time we as her friends don’t let a 25 year old fall for a 38 year old bitter, disrespectful asswipe.”    Tim stood there in silence, swallowing the small amount he had left of pride. For Oney whom he had known for years to reprimand him he knew just how deep and bad shit really was.   “Yeah stay quiet buck teeth” Johnny muttered as he pushed past him with Candice and Fabian “Chipped teeth...not buck teeth” Fabian corrected quietly as he waited with them for an uber turning back when Johnny, Candice and Oney weren’t looking and giving him the finger ***** “Your place, not mine” Maya whispered meekly “I wanna be with you in your space, not mine”  “Anything you want” Marcel said softly as he noticed her holding his hand tightly in hers. This wasn’t in any way what he wanted for them, especially not for her. He felt disgusted as he drove thinking of how broken she must’ve been seeing that.    “I just wanna be with you, anywhere with you” she said quietly as she stared out her window “As long as I’m with you, I’ll be okay” He nodded as he blinked away tears, emotional at hearing her words as he pulled into his apartment building and helped her out   She let out a small shaky breath as she held his hand and walked with him towards the elevator taking off Fabian’s suit jacket as she handed it over “You can give this to him when you see him again, it was extremely kind of him”   “I will” he said softly as he pressed the button and stood with her with looming silence as the elevator took them up to his apartment   “I hate him” she said suddenly “and I’m sorry for everything that I did and said to you while being enamored with him, you didn’t deserve any of that from me”
 “Maya, no. Don’t say that, listen things happened tonight and I really think tomorrow you two should talk I can call him over and-”
“No” she answered sternly as she shot him a look full of hurt and anger “It ends here, it dies here. He doesn’t exist to me and that’s that”   Marcel simply nodded as he didn’t push the topic any further and walked with her as he opened the door with his key and went to his bedroom to pull out a shirt and sweatpants for her and changed into his usual basketball shorts
“Thanks” she whispered as she stripped down in the bathroom and threw them on immediately taking in his scent and feeling an immense feel of comfort
  “You didn’t eat” he said softly “let me get you some cereal at least, you still like lucky charms and almond milk ?”   Maya gave a soft grin as she nodded “Yeah...yeah I do, you still remember”
“Of course I do,” Marcel chuckled. “I remember all your likes and dislikes, what shows you love and hate, the fact that you need to sleep on the side by the wall, how you only like your eggs scrambled but never over easy. I remember it all”
 She walked over and looked up at him as he caressed his cheek with her hand “You truly never forgot, you remember and you’re always there for me”
“I always will be, no matter what” he whispered as he touched her hand “As much as I’d like to kiss you, I think you should eat and get in bed, you look exhausted as can be. You need proper rest” Maya nodded as she sat at his table and ate the bowl he served in front of her. It softened her seeing Marcel care so much about her and something about this made her see him in a different light. He wasn’t the vain wrestler who was into himself, he was the man she fell in love with 3 years ago who taught everything there was to know about love.   “What’s going through your head ?” He asked finally “You can be honest with me, I know you still like him a lot judging by how you reacted tonight”  “Marcel...it’s not like that” she explained “It was a shock, that was it. It was just purely shock but just...I don’t wanna talk about it anymore okay ? Can we just stop it please ?”    “Absolutely” he nodded as he picked up her plate “Let’s get to bed”  She nodded and followed as she laid down and scooted close towards him, going beneath his arm as she snuggled up and looked up at him caressing his cheek with her hand    “Hi” he whispered as he gave a soft grin  Maya looked in his eyes and sat up as she cradled his face and kissed him deeply “That’s what I wanted to do all night”   “I-I…wow” Marcel whispered as he licked his lips “That was just, did-did you just kiss me, is this a dream ?”   Maya chuckled as she rolled her eyes “Wow, way to ruin a moment. I’m trying to be romantic over here and do something”   “I’m just shocked is all….you like me ? As in like me more than a friend ?”   “I do” she admits “I really do, these last 6 months you’ve been there for me in so many ways and you’ve made my life so much better. It’s been hard you know ?”   “I do,” Marcel whispered, “But this isn’t exactly how I pictured things working out at all, it’s not how I wanted things to be. I wanted something nice and calm and a bit more romantic” She laughed as she shook her head “Listen life isn’t a fairytale and as much as we’d like to be it’s best just to not expect much and go with the flow. I for one can admit tomorrow I’m probably gonna be hungover and emotional just letting you know ahead   “I’ll be here with you” He pet her cheek as he watched her finally drift to sleep “I’ll always be here with you..” ****  “Well well if it isn’t my favorite student” Eli grinned as he opened the door into the room at the performance center “You’re bright and early Thatch, love when my worst promo student shows up early to class” he laughed Tim rolled his eyes and sat down “Not today alright ? Just get on with the private class so I can go home already” “Not even a death stare or shove today ? Something really must have you down” He raised a brow as he grabbed a chair and sat in front of him “Tell me”    “You haven’t heard ?,” Tim asked surprised. “It’s literally everywhere by now, seriously go check your phone or ask your girlfriend Alli. She has to know” Eli furrowed his brow, taking out his phone and putting it on speaker as he dialed “Baby, hey ! Um have you heard anything about something going down at EVE nightclub in downtown Orlando last night ?”   “Oh my god, yes ! So remember Maya ? Maya Dawson ? The girl we met during one of your commercial shoots in LA and had dinner with a few weeks ago ?” Alli asked not even giving him a chance to answer “Well she apparently had a thing with that one loner dude Tim you work with for a hot minute but nothing serious from what I’ve heard, like not instagram official or anything. All she told me was that they made out a few times but nothing too much”  Eli nodded as he listened “Oh wow, I didn’t know that. Okay go on….” “So they broke up because she didn’t tell him she was engaged prior to that really cute German dude with the blue eyes who happens to be friends with Tim. Drama ensues, she tells me over brunch he never bothered to respond to anything she sent for 6 whole months and she’s back with Marcel on “friendly terms” well she got that Maxim cover and had a big party last night which we got invited but obviously couldn’t go and well...Tim shows up, gets drunk and fucks none other than Kara Smith in the bathroom of the club ! THE Kara Smith !” Alli exclaimed loudly shaking her head disgusted  “NO ! No fucking way ! Um baby, I gotta call you back !” Eli’s eyes widened as he hung up and looked at Tim “You didn’t…. tell me she’s just somehow dramatizing shit”   “How the hell does Alli know everything ?” Tim asked “This is weird, this is why I stay away from social media, this isn’t normal”   Eli scowled “Jesus christ, you fucked Kara Smith and got away with it. That woman has had it out for Maya for the last year, all because miss bleach blonde can’t stand Maya’s more popular, she’s like 33 having it out against a 25 year old. You literally slept with her worst enemy, how drunk were you ?”   “Don’t even remind me” he rubbed his face “I literally am the most hated man in this building, I walked in and immediately it looked like I was gonna get jumped”   “And here I thought I was the whore yet I’ve been in a loving relationship for over a year” Eli chuckled “I can’t believe you man, who does that ?”   Tim shook his head “I don’t even know how to fix this, or even talk to her” “Don’t” Eli answered “Let her be, this isn’t something women get over fast or ever actually, you’re gonna have to suffer man. And quite frankly you deserve it”   He sighed and got up “I’m going home, I don’t feel like being here and quite frankly I don’t wanna hear anymore about how I fucked up”   “Since everyone hates you but me just come to my place” he offered “Alli won’t care, plus I’m done here I was just waiting for you to show up”  Sure it may have been a pity offer but Tim took it with no hesitation “Alright, I’ll drive behind you” he nodded as they both left ****   Maya stirred as she fluttered her eyes open checking her phone for the time, groaning when she saw it was only 8 am , leaning her head back against Marcel's arm as she turned her head and caressed his cheek lightly with her finger tips. She leaned in and pressed a soft kiss to his lips taking in all his features, his cheek bones, his soft skin, his chiseled jawline, his defined lips. Everything she loved about him standing out to her as she gulped and moved her hand onto his chest as she kissed him once again slightly deeper, looking into his deep blue eyes once they opened    “Maya ?” he whispered as he pet her cheek, slightly confused as she had kissed him. Confused she had initiated their physical contact rather than him like it had always been   “Hey” she whispered back “I want you….” Maya finally said “I want you now”  As soon as she said those words he leaned in and kissed her ,gently flipping them around so she was on her back as he laid above her and kissed down her neck listening to her loud moans. It had been years since they were together, years since they had last had any kind of physical contact like this.    Maya groaned as she felt his hand down her sweats at her core “t-take them off” Marcel did as told, watching her as he moved his fingers in circular motions, breathing deeply as she kissed along his jaw and removed his shirt. He took his time as he continued to kiss focusing on her breasts feeling her arch her back slightly   “I can’t, please...now” she whimpered “please”  “Are you sure ?” “Yes” she nodded “I’ve been been so sure of something before, yes” He kissed her deeply as he guided himself into her and thrusted in slowly, feeling her nails dig into his shoulder blades “Is it okay ?” “Perfect” she nodded as she hands caressed his face “So perfect, I...I had forgotten how good you feel, how this feels”  Marcel gave a soft grin as he kissed her once again and picked up the pace, holding one hip with his hand as he found a perfect rhythm not keeping his eyes off of hers  She cradled his face and planted a sloppy kiss on his lips arching her back off the mattress and into his body as far as she could feeling the need getting closer and closer  “I’m so close, so fucking close” “Fuck you feel so good” he moaned as he swallowed a deep gulp “Every part of you feels amazing, god I missed you so fucking much Maya, so much”  “Marcel...I can’t hold, I can’t” she whimpered as she felt his hot breath in the crook of her neck He pulled out slightly and pushed back in giving a few more hard thrusts as he picked up the pace and felt her walls clench against him   “Fuck….” she cried out as she came with him wrapping her arms around neck, riding out what was left of their orgasm with him  Marcel collapsed on top of her as he felt her chest rise up and down, her fingers gently playing with his hair
“You okay ?” she asked softly as she lazily kissed his forehead
“I’ve never ever been better” he lifted his chin and looked into her eyes “I haven’t felt like this in a long long time” “Neither have I” she admitted with a smile “Just like old times….”
Marcel blushed at the memories “You mean when we almost got caught by my brother at my mothers house ?”
“And just like that the romance is once again gone” Maya chuckled as she sat up and pulled the sheet up to cover herself
Marcel laughed as he held her hand in his and kissed it “Now, don’t call me cheesy but….will you be my girlfriend...again ?” “After an orgasm like that ? Of course” she joked as she kissed “But honestly, yes. I would love to”
He let out a sigh of relief as he kissed her back “Things are gonna be good, I promise you that”
 “No promises” she whispered against his lips “Let’s take it day by day, no pressures no nothing. Just us being together”. She cuddled up against his chest, listening to his heart beat as she dozed back to sleep in his hold ***** “Tim, this is my girlfriend Alli” Eli grinned as he introduced them “Baby, this is Tim”
“I’m loner dude Tim” he said as he offered his hand with a small grin, retracting it when he received a stare back
 “You’ll have to excuse her…women sticking together and that whole thing” he whispered lowly as he sat with him    “May I offer you something to drink as dinner gets closer to being ready ?” Alli asked “Water, Coffee, tea, soda...a condom” she muttered under her breath   “Alli...” Eli looked up at her “Come on, the guy knows he messed up let’s let him not feel like crap for a bit”   “I wanna hear it all, all of it. Not one detail left behind” she scowled as she set the table “Come eat” Tim sighed as he got up and sat and told them everything, everything from how to they had met to their first fight, to finding out the truth and to the previous night
“So here I am now, hated by 95% of people at the performance center and with a brand new reputation now so yeah life’s great” Eli turned to Alli who had the same expression he had as they both looked at Tim, Alli being the first to speak as she sipped her wine and let out a deep breath “Tim, do you realize you’re in love ?”   “Yeah” he answered quietly, putting his fork down “I do, I realized it last night when I felt myself get angry when I saw her with Marcel enjoying herself. I wasn’t angry because I was jealous or felt possessive, I was angry because she wasn’t with me” Tim admits “because she wasn’t by my side enjoying herself with me and because in that moment it hit me that I majorly messed up. That I was an idiot who let 6 months go by all because I had to be right, I had the need to be in the right when I was in the wrong” “Deep shit” Eli nodded sighing “I just, I just really think you gotta let things cool down for a bit but also send her a text, do what she did to you all those months ago but in your case don’t stop. Do it till you get some kind of response back”  “Or maybe not” Alli said softly as she looked at her phone and showed Eli “Oh…” Tim looked up “what ? what happened ?”,  he looked as Alii gave Eli a nod and moved his eyes towards her phone. A soft breath escaping his lips as he stared at the image in front of him, a picture of Marcel and Maya’s hands intertwined via his IG account  marcel.barthel.wwe “Matching and hand holding with my favorite girl❤️👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨”
Tumblr media
“Back together I see” Tim nodded “Well that’s perfectly fine, it’s their right” “I’m gonna um load the dish washer” Alli grinned as she got up quickly and left to the kitchen, Eli following shortly behind her   “Be right back man” he coughed leaving his phone behind on the table Tim looked around as he picked up the phone and unlocked it easily with Eli’s birthday, sure it was wrong as hell but curiosity had gotten the best of him. He quickly went to the instagram app and looked up Marcel’s profile, shaking his head when he saw everyone comment @candicelerae omg love birds ! I can’t handle the cuteness, double date soon please 😍 @thejohnnygargano what she said👆🏻, also u 2 make me wanna puke (in a good way) @indihartwell my other mom and dad, so cute 💕 @fabian.aichnerwwe so I take it you’re gonna take his gym pics now ? @wwestardestroyer I swear if you guys don’t get a damn room already 🤮🤮🤮 “Jerks” Tim muttered as he put the phone down and crossed his arms. Perhaps this was the end of good things for him, or maybe just this once he’d get out of his own shell and go for it.

4/9/21 Loft Notes
WARNING!!!
Todays loft notes contain an extremely graphic description of animal death.
The 'Khou demands pettin's.
Patron: "Is that not the default state of the world? The truest constant that science should use to create a reality metric?"
That and Bird-Bird demanding her daddy pet her.
House vacuumed, house pets and quarantine cleaned.
I'm hungry and mad about it.
We have an appointment this afternoon, so I have until 4:20 to bust as much ass as I can.
And of course, as I'm about to step out to the loft, the bottom falls out of my stomach and it demands I stop and make a satisfying amount of food and take the time to eat it.
Bitch, we got shit to do!
I just fed you breakfast!
Mats, mesh, and bricks washed.
Oh, wow, Houdini super didn't make it.
The body was practically liquid, like it had died last week.
Guessing Leonard and Elliot knew something I didn't.
Poor little guy...
Patron: "His lack of growth was really making me feel like there may have been something wrong"
Yeah.
Pippin and Cookie's second has arrived.
And by the look of its mostly white beak, may not be Pippin's.
We'll have to see as they develop.
TM5-2 is doing well, at least.
I checked Tandy's egg.
It's just beginning to pip, so we'll see it tomorrow.
Patron: "Why do you give some babies name names, and others serial number names?"
They all start with a number.
Dad's first initial, mom's first initial, clutch number, dash, first or second laid.
Patron: "I see, that's very organized. What's the threshold for them getting a name?"
Patron: "the ones being kept permanently eventually get names"
"the ones who are also reserved and the future owner gives a name, they also get a name so they get trained that name"
Yep
Babies available to the public who aren't claimed get a name around 2 weeks.
Sometimes a pun on their initials.
Amiga is the first hatch of PC clutch 3.
A peep out of a pair named Mia and Cara was named Escher.
Some are after family personality traits.
Lucy is named after the Avenue Q character; Lucy the ----.
Because she's Farthing's daughter.
Patron: "Thistle and his child Nettle being plant names themed"
Patron: "Well also MJ cause uh... April baby lol"
I didn't name her. XD
Patron: "i don't know what MJ is for"
Mary Jane.
Hatched in 4/20
Indica and Sativa were hatched on 4/19/20 and 4/20/20, respectively.
The eve and day of 4/20 in the year of our lord 2020.
Patch was named for the black streak on his beak that was a tiny patch on his hatch day.
He now has a white soul patch under his beak.
Nettle was named along the stinging weed you damn near can't kill theme of their Father, Thistle.
Leonard came with the nickname Leo, that his rescuer lamented wasn't as fancy as he looked.
I joked with her not to worry. It's short for Leonard. She loved it.
Ginger is a very vibrant red.
Ect.
New LE egg dropped.
Window, mirror, swing, and weight stones washed.
Mats, bricks, and swing replaced.
Dirty mesh and bricks set out.
Back third nest boxes mucked.
Thistle and MJ both took baths at the same time and left their peep uncovered...
It isn't in danger of hypothermia just yet, but it won't take long, so I'm going to be watching it like a hawk.
Patron: "when the need for feather maintenence overtakes parental instincts"
Thistle came to check on it, and then laid down in the nest box next door to dry off.
Patron: "At least he didn’t sit on the baby while he was wet"
"I feel like that wouldn’t be great"
Patron: "It depends how wet he is lol"
Patron: "At this stage, any amount of wet would probably be less than ideal."
And to be fair, they had both sat their peep in the unrecognizable mush that used to be Houdini.
I can DEFINITELY understand wanting that unspeakable rot stench off.
Patron: "I'm still trying to puzzle how did the body decompose that quickly... even without pictures it sounds horrifying"
Aaaand wanting the nest box to have a moment to air out.
I legit thought about taking some pictures.
I honestly probably should have.
But that will legitimately haunt my nightmares.
He was a grey liquid that had mostly dissolved around a distressingly intact cropload of fresh milk. The skin was the only thing holding him together.
He must have started (to rot) the night before last while he was alive.
He had grown just a little since going out...
Very literally nightmare fuel.
Aaaand speaking of that, Angel lounged next to the uncovered TM peep and thought he was gonna be sneaky about trying to attack it.
He was not.
I had to damn near throw the sifter at him to deter him, but deterred he was.
And Thistle is back on it.
No Angels were harmed in being deterred from infanticide.
